For whoever wants to do business with this company, DON’T DO IT!!we reached out to Jody Prichard about our mold concern and we were told that we had to prove mold existed in our bathroom. Or better said “microbial growth”. We then hired a professional company to determine if our restroom had mold and yes it was confirmed. Upon delivering Jody and Patrick proof of mold they then failed to send a specialist to assess the severity of the damage, instead they sent a handyman with no mold expertise to patch up the walls, replace baseboards and retexture and paint the areas but at no point was the mold treated properly and killed. Now we ware left with soggy smelly carpets not to mention untreated mold within the freshly painted walls because according to them, the landlord does not have money to fix this issue. Our 10 year old daughter was taken to the doctor due to allergies and the Dr. determined that she was indeed allergic to mold and we immediately notified Patrick Tuttle and his team about this and we were quickly dismissed. They showed no concern for our well being or our daughter’s, considering she is allergic to the toxic substance they refuse to remedy. This was an unhealthy, unethical and unprofessional way to handle business. We had been asking them to change the smelly carpets years ago and nothing was ever done!!! We do not recommend this terrible company

Anyone interested in renting with this company, think twice!! Jody the property manager is a very unprofessional and an uncaring person. We discovered mold in our restroom and we were told we had to prove that there was mold. We proved it with a professional company. Patrick Tuttle and Jody Prichard dismissed it, sent a contractor to "fix" the problem, then the contractor under Patrick's and Jody's direction only covered the mold, retextured the walls and painted. The mold was never killed or eliminated!! This is a health issue that they refused to resolve and minimized the severity of the situation. We were left with soggy old smelly carpets and our furniture has mold residue. We are can't wait for our lease to end!!!!

No water in our home due to a pipe broken. It’s been 24 hrs since the first call we made. Nobody has been by to resolve the issue. No water to use the restroom, no water for cooking, no water for showering, no water for anything.

This company has been extremely professional. Even after our first choice home was already taken Patrick Tuttle made it a priority to find the perfect home for my family. Once they start reviewing our application it actually took no more than 24hrs to complete just as they promised it would. Karina Barajas had the absolute best customer service skills! She answered every question promptly and correctly and was very nice and personable. Once we signed our lease, we were immediately sent and email on how to set up our utilities and a handbook with lots of helpful information which answer questions we had or didn’t know that we had without us even have to ask them. We have only just started renting with this company but just seeing their professionalism, thought, and willingness to answer questions tells me that this is a company that cares, and we are very excited to do business with them!
