There is an employee by the name of Teresa, who decorates the store with her own decorations every year at Christmas time just for her customers. She takes the time and care to listen to the customers needs, and always greets them with a smiling face. Money can’t buy that! “This was an incredibly clean spot. I was asked to purchase a card, but since I was only passing through the city, it would have been a wasted $3. I asked for change for a $20 thinking machines were coin operated. Nope, only this card would work. Then I was told that I could use my debit card to pay for my loads, but the $1 service fee wasn't mentioned. It still came up to less than my $20, so I could have paid with the $20 & avoided all the fees.Clean, yes, but totally confusing!”
“The location and the atmosphere were amazing the young lady that works the counter is very courteous and helpful. It's very calm place to do laundry. I think the only downfall is that some of the equipment is outdated the carts are barely holding on, the soap dispenser didn't seem to be working when I was there and the laundry machine that I used sounded like it was about to take off into outer space during the spin cycle, had me worried. Overall I would return when I want a homey feeling and peace and quiet.”
