I went into the store today and received the best customer service ever. Magnolia went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. She was so helpful and kind. If you are in need of a bra, ask for Magnolia, she will make you feel special!

Staff was very rude. My wife was shopping in the store, and I had to use the bathroom... I'm a disabled vet and sometimes it's an emergency. Store staff was unapologetically rude when letting me know that they had no restroom that I can use...

Paola is amazing! She’s very friendly, informative, and professional. I shopped for bras this time and she walked me through it all. I’ve been wearing a bra for over 30years and this is the first time I felt good in the bra and I have perky “happy boobies”! It’s a perfect fit. Thanks again Paola for the great customer service and great fit!

I usually do my shopping online but had to go in to get sized for a bra. Paola helped me from start to finish even offered multiple bra styles for me try on. Since then, I've gone in a couple of more times and Paola has always been so kind and helpful. Thank you Paola for such great, friendly and very much appreciated great service.

I have always dreaded bra shopping, especially being a plus size girl. Right off the bat Magnolia was amazing, she was so welcoming and helpful. She made the whole experience amazing from start to finish. She helped my find the perfect bra and the perfect fit. I felt confident and very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be back. 1000 thank yous to Magnolia!!

I went in to pick up an order, Magnolia was the person to assist me. She’s absolutely amazing. She’s so nice very helpful and attentive. I went in next day to make an exchange and wasn’t greeted by anyone. After walking around for about 10 min the manager (not sure of her name) asked if I needed help, I said yes please, and asked if she could help me with finding a certain item. She said all we have is right there and that was it. She’s not friendly at all. Looks at you like your stupid or something. I avoided her the rest of my visit, checked out with Michelle, who was very nice. Then went in the following day again and Magniloa was there again, she helped me find my perfect size she is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise! That same day the manager was just standing around acting like she was arranging clothes never a word from her. She’s not pleasant at all. Paola was also very nice. I also received a thank you card from Magnolia. She’s the absolute best, Lane Bryant needs more people like her.

Omg... All I gotta say is.... Better than Victoria secret. Or more like this is the Victoria secret but for big melons. Not to mention Paola measured me and helped me. She used my name while speaking with me. She remembered my friends name who had been there last week. Her customer service was amazing. I am truly impressed. The bras can vary between clearance items around 25 and non clearance bras of 54 or 65 but when I went they had a bogo sale going on so I ended up taking 3 bras and 1 pantie for about 134 that's already tax included. It was worth it. They can go into the changing room with you just to help you with the fitting and to teach you and see how the bra looks on you. They will go the extra mile just to make sure they find what u need, like comfort, full coverage or if u are wanting sexy bras or simple ones.

I went into the El Paso Lane Bryant at 11:00 am on Friday, May, 26th 2023 to purchase items because of the great sale going on, but I wasn't greeted by either salesperson, nor did they offer any assistance while I was browsing. To be ignored means you don't want me to spend my money there. How rude, unprofessional, and impolite. Better customer service training is desperately needed at that location, asap.
