We go to almost all the Estrella locations and they have always been our favorite for burritos or steaks. Well yesterday we went into this location off Resler and got a few steaks. My bf paid the cashier with a $50 so his change was somewhere around $34 and the guy gave him $4 back. So we asked him to explain to us why that was the change and he argued with us saying we gave him a $20. It seemed super sketchy. My bf asked him to go look at the cameras and the guy was so hesitant which makes me think he was doing something sketchy. We waited there and luckily the owner was in the parking lot. He came in and looked at the cameras and apologized to my bf because it was clearly a $50 bill that we gave him. Just be aware when they are cashing you out.

I came to the Resler location and I have come here maybe 3 times and every single time the service is on point!!! Today we ordered breakfast burritos and they were made to order right in front of us! Huevos con chorizo, con Tocino, Chile Relleno and some empanadas...the market is so clean and the meat counter is amazing with so many options! Will definitely make this hidden gem a weekly stop!!!!

the difference between one neighborhood market and the other is in the details. there's a million places in El Paso where you can buy all the same things, meat, burritos, etc. but when you find a place that greets you with a smile and gives you service with a friendly disposition, you make a note. thank you La Estrella for letting your customers know that you appreciate their business. AND the burritos are delicious!!

The burritos here are amazing!! The chicharron prensado is underrated! I got the desebrada verde and it was ok, not enough chile. The barbacoa here is also amazing! It's little greasy but the meat has a lot of flavor! Will definitely come back during my lunch breaks!
