I bought a car almost a year ago was told the starter would be replaced and it never was, I took it multiple times for my plates and they never gave them saying they have no record of me bringing it in for inspection. The car I got got the check engine light the first month a lot of issues with starting I had to buy the starter myself and pay someone to install it as well a new battery. Save your money this place is bad I’m returning my car soon since I don’t feel like I should be paying for junk and reporting this to the dmv report hotline

Outstanding staff!!Update . They only give a 6 month warranty and we had multiple problems with the van they sold us. Door handles breaking like nothing. Also the alternator went out 5 months after purchase and the warranty did not cover it. Also had to get a new battery because the alternator made mine go bad. And the man that sold it to me promised they would fix the automatic sliding door and when we went back for that he said he never said that and didn't even bother to come outside to speak to us we had to call his number to speak to him. Even though we were there in person. Also I am hearing impaired so I feel they took advantage of that and made promises they could not keep. I will never go back and would highly recommend that no one buys from them . Save your money! Go somewhere else! I'm super disappointed in my purchase .

Very rude!! Unprofessional!! Took my money for down payment then told me I needed more money that they had made a mistake. I ask for my money back cause I was going to go somewhere else that was was unsatisfied. it took them 4 weeks to return it..

Was told by the manger Billy that I would receive a call the next day to start the paper work. Never called I am glad though. They want $15,999 for a 2016 with 100,000 miles on it at $426 a month for four years. Billy the manger want on to tell me I can trade in two years. A car with about 120000 to 130000 miles with $7500 to go on the contact by that time. Argued with me when I told him that the car would have negative equity. I went to Vroom.com and a got a 2018 for the same price a smaller down payment, same monthly, and only 40,000 in miles. Thanks LA Casita I found something better since your team members lie at this George Dieter location.
