Wasted 3 days at this business. Went in looking for a replacement battery for my phone. He told me he would look for one for me and call me in an hour. Three hours later I called and he said he had looked but didn't find one in his shop but would look at home in his garage and call me the next morning. By lunch time the next day I had to call him and his excuse was he was out paying bills and hadn't had time to look in his garage. So he told me he would have one the next day and this time I went by to check and more excuses as to why he didn't have time. So then he would order me one and have it the next day and once again failed me.

Took in an iPhone 7+ for a screen replacement. New screen that I received was super buggy and typing was a nightmare. Went back to the store to get it replaced and the new screen bugs out after unlocking it for the first time. Screen cracked on the first drop. The parts this store puts in your phone are complete garbage quality. Please do not come to this store if you are expecting a quality repair. Considering I paid $75 and have gotten a terrible screen both times I would have rather never taken my phone in the first place.

Super friendly fast and great prices. The screen feels and looks great. He was also helpful in adjusting my accessibility settings I had to add when trying using my cracked screen. I even decided to buy a new case from them.

Worst place ever. We took a phone there that wasn’t turning on and after parts changes and no luck we went to pickup our phone and he gave us back a phone with a broken Screen and missing lense cover. Looks like he used our good phone for parts!!!! And then he tries to tell us that’s how we brought it in!!!! Most dishonest retailer ever. Don’t trust this guy!

Doesn't give you any information gets upset when you call get status. He didnt tell Us it was going to take 2 to 3 days. He should of explain that when you drop it off. Then when we call him back as he asked he said well you keep calling. I said you asked for me to call you back. No CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. RudeExplain your procedures.
