We were not able to attend an event for a fancy garage opening. I called, discussed the event, emailed the invitation so the design team would understand the theme.
The mission was perfectly executed and on point! The design was fabulous for the event!

The folks at Kern were professional and delivered on time. Amazing quality and variety of flowers available. The bouquet I ordered is $100 worth of flowers, not including tax and delivery fee.

Received yellow roses for my birthday. Very nice arrangement, delivery person brought the vase all the way into the house. 4 days later, they still look great.

I paid for next day delivery, for someone's birthday. They call me the day of and tell me that they DO NOT deliver on Ft.Bliss. This information is not on their website. If you click on the tab that tells you where they deliver it just says el paso. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and polite tho, she deserves a raise. But yall should definitely make it known and obvious that you DO NOT deliver to FT. BLISS.

Simply the best florist in El Paso. Quality and value of the flowers are amazing. Delivery is always on time. Staff is super friendly. Online ordering from their website is a breeze. I won't go anywhere else.

After seeing the great reviews I decided to give this place a chance. As soon as I saw the arrangement I was disappointed and I let them know for almost $100 I should have a nice “full” arrangement. Their solution was for me to buy more flowers à la carte, and asked me if that was in my budget. I let her know it wasn’t about the money and that I actually order flowers all the time just not from here and for the price I expected more. Their solution was to shuffle the flowers around. I can understand having an arrangement that doesn’t look great but what really upsets me is that I was charged $100 for it. As another post said on here, let the pictures speak.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my experience with this business. They are so professional and kind.They exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day so special. The flower crowns were so pretty and exactly what we wanted, and the floral arrangements for the tables fit perfectly, just like the arch. Their expertise and wisdom with flowers and colors cannot be overstated.The flowers in the chair were for my late mother, and while the original flowers I wanted were not available, these folks gave me that knowledge well in advance and found a perfect substitute. I definitely cried when I saw them because I knew my mom would have loved them.We gave them creative freedom with the flower choices, only asking a color scheme be kept, and they were able to capture our vision with high accuracy.Please support this local business as you will not be disappointed!!!!

In general, I usually don't have luck with flowers lasting a week. This time I did!!Eleven flowers survived the full seven days with only one flower starting to wilt after six days. Beautiful Valentine's Day arrangement!! Thank you, Kern Florist!!
