Brad and the patrons were very hospitable. I was just in El Paso for business and found this lounge on Google. If I lived nearby, I’d be a regular. The cigar selection is phenomenal and there is plenty of indoor seating. A+

Outstanding place.
I ran a high end cigar/lounge/club in Santa Fe (Primo on Sandoval Street.)
It closed after me leaving.
Kern place is the real deal.
Better inventory than I was able to purchase in Santa Fe due to the owners business plan.

Very friendly service, I love the fact that they are very helpful with choosing the correct flavor you'd like. There is even a lounge where you can just kick back and unwind and enjoy yourself with your friends.
The cigars are moist and packed full of flavor, I highly recommend Crazy Alice. I would say it's my all-time favorite so far. Love this place❤️

Loved visiting here. This may be the coziest cigar shop in all of Texas. My first night entering I was greeted by the locals. Relax, grab a cigar, have a conversation, have a drink, enjoy. It was great. I’ll be back!

Fantastic selection of cigars, great atmosphere, and great people coming in. Pick one out and have a seat and enjoy. Bring a drink if you want, everyone is welcome! Will definitely come in again when I'm back on town.
