I had a horrible experience today, and this was the first time I have ever visited a Kendra Scott store and I wanted to go in person to see everything instead of shopping online. This young lady treated me like I was absolutely worthless and couldn’t afford anything in the store. The rudeness was like all the worker were better than me left me with a horrible feeling. Then after my husband told me to pick something for my birthday and not to worry about it. I made my finally selections and the girl at the registered said just the earring again like I couldn’t afford anything with this horrible look on her face. I simply and sweetly said no also the other 3 necklaces. She almost had a look of shock I was spending more money. Then after putting my information in she ask will you be using your birthday coupon . I told her yes, very snotty she said of course. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE LET ALONG I MIGHT NEVER SHOP WITH KENDRA SCOTT AGAIN. I just can’t not believe the way we were treated.

I walked in with my daughter, both of us wearing Kendra Scott. There were two people standing by the doors waiting to greet and not a single one greeted us. We walked around picking pieces up, again no one asked if we wanted to purchase a piece or anything. I came in with the intent to purchase a specific set of earrings a new necklace for my daughter, and left without purchasing anything as no one acknowledged our presence upon entering or leaving. Every time we go to other Kendra Scott locations, we are immediately greeted and helped. Not sure why we were ignored when the employees literally look like me and were standing there waiting to greet others. I wish I’d read the other bad reviews before wasting my time.

I wish I would have read the reviews before we came here in person. The first time we went my daughter went in there to buy an initial necklace for herself. No one paid attention to her or talked to her. They all stood behind the register. The second time she went in she was there to buy a birthday gift. Once again no one helped her but of course they were helping another lady and went out of the way for this customer while they ignored my 17 year old daughter. Seems like they look down at certain people unless you are buying real gold or diamonds. You should treat every customer equally regardless of age or how much they are going to spend at the store. You never know who that person may know … definitely will never go to this store ever again. Will definitely not recommend going here either. Much rather order online or go out of town where we usually go in Austin Tx where they are super sweet and customer service is excellent. I have bought pieces from 60 all the way to 1500. Glad I made my purchases out of town in Austin and not given my money to this location. Will definitely not allow my daughter to give a dime to this location ever again. Extremely disappointed by this location.

Very impressed in their store detail, jewelry displays always catch my attention. Bought a necklace from Scott bros collection and can't take it off because I like it so much! I also bought a gift from their fine jewelry collection and was impressed by its quality. Staff is very nice and very helpful in selecting the perfect gift.

Went to Kendra Scott recently to purchase two gifts, spent about $200 and the customer service was great UNTIL I had to return one of the items I purchased. When I went in and explained that I needed to return the item the girl at the service desk was completely rude, unhelpful, and unaware of her own store policy. She told me I could not return the item because it was a custom item and I asked her where that policy was stated. She said read your receipt which I did and it said 30 day return policy. She said that applies to everything except what I bought. After putting up with her complete lack of customer service I asked for a store credit. Make sure to ask about the return policy before you buy anything at this place!!!

I made my first purchase with Kendra Scott in March and I had an issue with my piece of jewelry. I was nervous because it was after the 30 day policy but still within a year and I didn't know what they could do for me. The girls in the shop really reassured me with the customer service they provided. Not only was I 100% satisfied with the outcome but I didn't feel like I had to explain myself. This is the type of customer retention I look for with companies. Kendra Scott has beautiful pieces of jewelry that you can't find anywhere else. Thank you for taking care of me and caring about your customers satisfaction!

I am usually not a big fan of jewelry but their collection is beautiful! I have a few pieces which I wear on a daily. They have a great range of products and prices so if you're looking for something more high end they will have it for you. I was able to create my own piece with the chain of my choice and beautiful stone, it feels even more personal wearing the piece since I had a hand at putting it together.

Excellent service from all the ladies working here, they were patient with me, attentive and helped me decide on some earrings! All of their jewelry is beautiful and there so many different ways to customize to your own personal style. Beautiful pieces as low as $45! I got a free beautiful cookie too! Highly recommend!

My wife’s favorite jewelry. We live on the far East but drive here every few months. The staff has always been friendly, and the store is always clean. The half off one item during your birthday month means I’ll be back at least twice a year for both of our birthdays. Happy wife, happy life, so she gets something from Kendra Scott on my birthday too.

Excellent customer service at this store. Kendra Scott is already a high quality product and the employees at this store blew me away. I’m picky and they went back and forth to show me every single thing I asked. Replaced a product they had zero obligation to replace. If I could give ten stars, I would.
