We had excellent service at Tony Lama Factory Outlet (7156 Gateway East, El Paso).
Fernando Alvarez was very helpful, patient and professional. I bought a pair of boots for myself (tried on several before I decided) then returned the next day with my husband to get a pair for him. Both times he waited on us. Love my boots!

When the soles fall off… worn maybe 3 times… no scuffs even on the bottom… workmanship and quality isn’t what it used to be!! Definitely not worth the couple hundred dollars paid!!

I went here to buy boots for my grandkids. They had a fantastic selection of toddler and kids boots at VERY reasonable prices. Joe helped me find the right sizes at prices that I could afford. He was extremely helpful and even packaged everything so I could check it for my flight back to San Antonio. I bought eight pairs of super cute boots for the grandkids and even found a pair that fit me in a size 11 women's. I can't wait to deliver my presents to the grandkids. They are going to be so so happy!!! I saw other reviews that said their selection of cowboy boots was slim. That is not true. They had hundreds of different boots.

I love this place. I bought me these Reba boots for $205 with tax. And these ladies fit me like a glove, I love them. To get here is a little tricky and dangerous. Yes, follow the Google map directions, BUT get off on the EXIT BEFORE and drive up on the frontage road safely. Trust me.
