Ordered a stole and tassel two months ago. they said they would call when order arrived, but still waiting. We have been calling and leaving messages, but no one is responding. Graduation is this week. Ridiculous!

Very disappointed. Ordered grad invites, and I know with COVID everything is up in the air. school invites were all printed when grad date changed. Definitely not their fault. But what they did fail to do is not let us know that the date in the invite was incorrect due to the circumstances and much less give us the inserts that were supposed to be given to us with the correct information. We didn’t find out until all invites were mailed out and we had confused family members as to when the ceremony actually is. When I called Jostens to see if they were even aware of the incorrect info, they said yes but that I was supposed to get inserts. I told her I never got them. She then said well you could have given the correct information on the available QR code they provided. (My grads were supposed to make a video for the QR code). That would have been great, had the QR code worked. After I told her that, she just stated, “well not much more we can do since you already sent out the invites.” No kidding! Not once did she apologize for the mistakes.

A rep saw my ring on my hand and noticed it needed some TLC. She sent it to them and it came back good as new. I was amazed at her observation and that they could make it look so good after 30 years! Great experience then and now!
