Came here with my wife to make a couple of blankets before the store ended up closing for good, received excellent customer service from a polite employee named Brenda B. Also got a lot of great items on clearance due to the closing of the store.

Over charged on sales items!!!!they are not giving the correct discounts. When questioned the price at register, mgr said all sales are final. I hadn’t bought it yet. He proceeded to charge my card $44 on a $30 order!!! Yarbrough & Gateway Blvd El Paso, TX

Got a gift card for Christmas they will not honer it so basically sold gift cards at Christmas time and then manager said they stopped accepting them on the first of the year WHAT A SCAM

The store is a mess, lots of stuff in the aisles, things out of place on shelves and racks, no prices on items. Employees don't know anything if you ask where something is. The cashier blamed the customers for things being out of place.
It's so ridiculous and annoying to shop there.

This is the first time I visit the store and it is a mess. The store is sooo! dirty that it gives you anxiety to be there. You find boxes all through the store and a lot of empty shelves. It made me wonder if they have a manager in charge of the store.

I feel for the regular store employees there. They do their best but everything is a mess, nothing is in stock, shelves are empty and have been for months on end. It’s frustrating going in there because nothing is where it is supposed to be. I miss when it was nice and clean and well organized. I’d be in there more often if it were again.

There is a lot of boxes of product on the floor it makes it impossible to look for the stuff you need and it’s very dirty everything is a mess. All the way to the back restrooms too

Don't bother ordering online or through the app. If they don't have it or misplace it, they don't bother trying to get what you need. They just say your order is ready and that they didn't charge you for it.
