“I had an overall amazing experience they made it really easy to find what I was looking for we’re really accommodating understanding and in particular I was looking for a Bose sound link micro they had it in stock and even offered to hold it for the eight minutes that it took me to drive over the person I spoke to you on the phone with Angel and when I came in Angel was a little busy so Jesus helped me out in Jesus was wonderful making sure that the product I was looking for was working and everything like that and finally when Angel is available he came over cause I did speak spoken to him prior and he said that he could work a little bit on the price because it had been in a little bit longer than the rest of everything and I was able to take it today kind of thing so he was able to give me a great reasonable price for an item that had little to no wear and tear on it. They did it quickly while managing a busy store and delivered great customer service!!! Definitely coming back!”

“The gentleman was very helpful and kind. I went there because after replacing the battery to my watch I couldn't close it's case and he closed it for me without a charge. I previously went to the watch repair inside Sears cielo vista and was ignored for over 7 mins and the charge 10dls plus to change a watch's battery. At a jewelry shop inside a Food King on Dyer and Yvette NE they wanted to charge me 27dls to change the watch's battery. Here at Perla's they only charge 5dls and with a smile. I have approximately 7 watches that need a new battery......I'm sure everyone can guess where I'll be going. And I did see a variety of silver and other nice items for Christmas gifts with decent prices.....”

We needed a specific pendant for an event that weekend. Called several places but only Palace Jewelers had what we were looking for. They had several options, affordably priced and beautiful. “I went in to the shop, and the lady in front of me was working the the jeweler over several thousands of dollars of fancy jewelry. I was just getting the battery replaced in my $25 novelty watch. The owner treated both of us, with the same level of compassion and respect. It's evident from the demeanor of the owner how passionate he is about his craft. The customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place to anybody. When I picked up my watch (ready in a few hours), it was a younger guy at the counter. He too was friendly and helpful.

It is a little gem catering to those with eclectic taste and then some - their earrings are just phenomenal and absolutely adorable i’ve never really seen earrings like these and they not too heavy and each pair make an outfit just pop because all the earrings are just so out of the norm and some of them are actually made with 24 karat gold !I am also IN LOVE with the MUSEUM BEE Plaques !!! ? I first ordered some soap from them, and as the years pass, I just kept ordering different items. “I took my 35 year old Rolex to replace a shattered crystal and service the watch, it took them 3 weeks and returned it in pristine condition it looks like new! They charged about half the price of another well known popular jewler, they were highly professional and courteous!! Highly recommend them for any of your watch or jewlery needs!!
