Do not work with these people I waited hours for my car to be checked while the racist Mechanic chose to service only people of his same race and left me and a old white gentleman waiting for hours while he picked and choosed who to favor they gotta hire better employees, its not the company it's the workers.

Came in after driving over a screw on Montana. The technicians were honest with the nature of the repairs, and patch the tire well. Other shops were attempting to sell me a new tire. Will definitely be returning for any tire issues that may occur.

Update to address response: To ensure its not overly minimalized; the car was dropped off with the understanding it "may" take a couple of days. No work had been initiated by like day 3 or 4 and you didn't even bother to call. Let's try not to publicly confirm my previously addressed integrity concerns.
Prices- within reason
Communication- almost nonexistent; customers responsibility (if he's late, can't complete contract, its not their problem)
Employees- quit abruptly (aligns with the communication issues I experienced and other past customers expressed)
Timeliness- you, the customer needs to follow up often to keep him on track. He seems to overbook often, forcing him to provide unreasonable timelines that he simply can't meet.
Professionalism- I don't think he means to be unpleasant, but there is something off-putting. I also experienced a couple of integrity concerns, but this could be the communication piece again, because you have to engage him. He's not calling to tell you what's wrong.
Quality of work- when he does get the work done, it's done right. It's just a hit or miss on when he'll actually start on your car.
Overall I think he's a lazy owner. His mechanics are knowledgeable and prepared to work, and I don't think you'll beat his prices. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for.

I paid $128 for a tire change. First, we wanted a used one and the technician tried to put 255 instead 225 if my husband had not warned. and they messed up my TMPS. I had to go again one more time to check. When we head to Austin, we had 3 errors again and again. Now I have to dispute the money and change the tire at Honda or another corporate tire shop.

Overpriced. Rude. If you purchase multiple things at once they will put the wrong service and then not do part of services requested. Then when you come back to have them finish the job they will say you paid for a different service and not honor their word or what they charge you. My mom went there with a right headlight out. They had her pay over $1000 for flushes oil change etc but they never fixed her headlight and they put turning signal instead which she never needed
