Stylist that started cutting my hair did not wash it. She cut it and my hair was not clean. After about an hour or more, a more experienced stylist came in and did what she could do to fix it. I told her that the first stylist did not wash it and she said she was supposed to, and still the second stylist did not wash it either. She also used a shaver that was so dull, that she left a rash on my neck. I was there for over 2 hours for a simple cut. The first stylist had only 1 year experience, but it honestly seemed like less. Not happy at all with visit. Second stylist was better and she tried to fix what the first girl had done. She was nice and apologetic. My advice is when you make an appt and you know it is going to be a difficult style, ask for the years experience the stylist has. I never received an apology from the first stylist that screwed up the cut. There should be more supervision in the salon. I strongly do not recommend this salon and will not be returning.Service: Haircut

Didn’t go to the salon, but we took family photos here. It was great experience, photographer was very chill and very patient with my kid’s being rambunctious and all. Service was good, pictures came out beautifu? definitely going back for more family pictures.

Went to get my hair colored and to get a trim. The coloring was well done. Unfortunately the requested hair trim became an extreme hair cut. Received a refund from the supervisor for the haircut after corporate was notified.

JCPenney forced arbitration on their employee's so that they won't go directly to federal court. I wasted 2 1/2 years waiting on JCPenney to abide by the contract. They refused and now my case has been pushed to federal court. They offered me $250000 but that's no guarantee as a debitor. I went through the EEOC and JCPenney stopped me from filing in federal court because I signed an arbitration agreement. Everytime my case is about to come up they push it off. The last time in June they flat out said they aren't going to participate or even uphold the agreement and pay. I had to push my case to federal court and now I wait. They granted me a relief from their bankruptcy proceedings to finish my case. I have all their bankruptcy documents since I'm included in the proceedings. I have All the emails of communication about my case. In attention would help me. They broke the contract and confidentiality is voided. Discriminated against because of a disability. The VA hospital and several doctor's filled out my documents. I got approved for SSDI before JCPenney even got back to me about returning work. I have tons of more communication

I called at 11:29 am because I wanted to make an appointment. I had to leave a message because no one picked up. I called several times after that throughout the day and no answer and no one returned my call. I had to schedule somewhere else because I never received a call back. Some one needs to be answering the phone calls. This reflects as poor customer service ?

Do not order online for pickup. I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes and still have 20 people in front of me. they do returns/exchanges and pickups all in the same line. instead of one designated for pickups. it would be faster to shop at the store and wait in line to cash out.
