Didn't have a great experience and went to another place instead. They said I'd have my refund done by a certain day and several days passed but nobody called me. I called and they said they'd call me back but never did. I called again the next day and they said the same thing but did call me back. I was confused about the huge amount they said I owed and tried to get on the same page about the relevant tax brackets but the lady got pretty frustrated and rude on the phone. Decided to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. The other place charged me $100 less for my return, explained things very clearly and patiently, guided me on how to update my W-4 so I won't owe next year, and I wound up owing $1,200 less than what JP tax said I would owe. So glad I got a second opinion and better service at a lower price. This may be an okay place for the average earner, but if you are in a higher tax bracket or have a complicated tax situation, would not recommend at all.

I do not recommend it! Terrible service to date I still have problems with the IRS and it continues to cost me money because of them I try to communicate with them and always if it is not a funeral or they have COVID it already sounds like an excuse to me honestly because they never return my calls anyway If there is something positive about them, it is that they are very good at collecting money without a doubt.

Absolutely amazing!!! In previous years, I have used Turbo Tax, H&R Block, and Jackson Hewitt. I’ve even used other services offered to active duty military, back when I was in the service. I’ve even used a CPA in Florida for a few years...until two years ago when my wife and I were referred to Priscilla. Two years now we have not been disappointed in our refund she has done for us. I seen a couple other 1-star reviews based on JP’s fees...in the past, I have paid in the mid $400 range for H&R Block or Jackson Hewitt and got a return just barely enough to cover that fee, So in comparison, JP’s prices are very reasonable and worth the price as well as, Both years, we have received our completed refund in just over a week. With the professionalism, the friendly attitudes, the hospitality and fast service I have experienced 2 years in a row with this company, we will be sure to come back again next year and the following...even with the 1-hour drive to meet in person. Such a great company!

We have come to JP Tax pros for many years, they are very polite and have always given us great service. Priscilla is very nice, and attentive. She works fast and is respectful. The staff there are all very nice also and try to answer all questions. My family and I all go with JP Tax Pros and I highly recommend them.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose it!!! First off we were not told how much she charges for her services till after she did our taxes and had already included it in our refund. Then when we got our check the amount was different from what she told us. We should of just did them through turbo tax. We got more and everything was explained to us before not too mention $250 cheaper!!!! Save your money and time and just do it through turbo tax even HR block is worth it.

I went to do my taxes and i am very happy with the service they gave me. All the people who work there are very nice especially presilla she was so helpfull and i am very thankful there are very nice people like them that care about there customers. Best place to do your taxes

My family and I have been doing our taxes here for 10 years or so. Once I got married we decided to try H&R Block... and it was the worst mistake we ever did. Went back to JP Tax Pros and will continue to do so. Priscilla and her husband will take great care of you!
