Isabel did an amazing job helping me find my first home. She was always ready and asking me when and what time I wanted to go see a house. When we would go check out a house, she was always punctual and ready with a smile. I valued her opinion when we would walk through the house, seeing the pros and cons and she knew exactly what I wanted and didn't.She had the patience and determination in making sure the purchase went well when I finally decided on a home. Isabel was amazing from start to after finish! They say that looking for a home is a journey, and what a wonderful partner for that journey! She was patient when we couldn't make up our mind with exactly what we were looking for. She was diligent in finding us places to look at - and even when she knew a property wasn't for us, if we wanted to see it, she was there with a smile.Sometimes it was easy to get carried away with a place, but she was there to talk us through it - pointing out the flaws or the problems that we weren't seeing - or the budget. She wasn't there to get the sale - she was there to find the perfect home for us. Which she did!She was completely ethical throughout the whole process, especially during the offer and closing. She established a trust early on, and never broke it. Throughout, she always brought her wonderful personality - honest and always with a smile and a warmth.Even post closing, she ensured we were settling in, provided helpful information, put us in contact with great tradespeople, and made us feel at home. And we very much feel at home in our new home - many thanks to Isabel!The only issue we had with Isabel was...wait, we had no issues - she is amazing!

Isabel recently assisted my husband and I with the purchase of our first home. It was a long process as we built our home. She was reliable, dependable and thorough. She was there to guide and advise us every step of the way. My husband and I have very busy schedules and we were able to rely on Isabel to contact the builder, lender, foreman, etc. to ask and answer all our questions. She went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. She made the process less stressful, for that we will be forever thankful.

Isabel was a pleasure to work with in purchasing our new home. We were looking to relocate to the El Paso area and Isabel went out of her way to view many homes on our behalf and assist us with virtual tours. Isabel was ALWAYS responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. We truly felt like we had a member of our family assisting us with purchasing a home because she provided exceptional customer service and treated like buying process as if it were a home she was buying for herself.
