My mom and I came into the shop without an appointment looking for a mini Cooper. And while we briefly were discouraged that the one I wanted was in NM the entire staff at Garcia’s was very accommodating and helped me come home with my dream car! Our salesperson, Abel, was very friendly and they worked fast to get the car here to El Paso and our home! Thank you!! :)

Two years after I bought a car here, I have the social responsibility to alert others. Worst place ever. Trust me, here you are at tremendous risk. Runaway, you will suffer there.

Had my appointment reschedule 3 times after showing up. Never called me ahead of time to give notice until I showed up each time.

Worst car service I have experienced, as my vehicle was in service for 5 months and the problem still exists. On top of that items that I left to be installed were not installed or given back to me and items that are factory installed were not put back. They are now not responding to my phone calls or emails. I do not recommend this dealership

I’m writing about my experience with your service department. I scheduled an appointment online for 11-28-2020 at 11:00am. I received an email confirming my appointment and I when I shows up at my scheduled time, the service advisor informed me no technicians were available. I asked why I wasn’t notified and I was simply told “we didn’t see an appointment online”. I have the email to show otherwise. The young lady rescheduled for me a week later on Saturday, December 5th 2020 at 11:00am. This time a live person scheduled me and I received a confirmation via email.Low and behold, I show up today for my service appointment and nobody was in service. Someone in parts helped me and called Henry to assist. Turns out the service department closed and no technicians were available. The fact that I couldn’t even receive a courtesy call is beyond me. Two weeks in a row I have wasted my time driving 30 minutes each just for service to be closed. I don’t understand the lack of courtesy by your service department. Truly unbelievable! Makes me question purchasing an Infiniti in the first place given the lack of professionalism with your service department.

Thank you to Lorenzo Jaquez for his wonderful service during our car shopping experience. If it were not for his attention, patience, and WONDERFUL attitude, we would have left without making the purchase. He truly made this experience the best at any dealer in town. He seemed to genuinely care and listened to all our concerns. For anyone looking for the best experience with a salesman that is different than most of the ones we all try to avoid, please see Lorenzo.

Wow! What a tremendous experience from sales manager Hector Crosby and his crew. From the moment I got there until I picked up my 2017 Infiniti G50, everyone was so professional and friendly. And what a deal! What I went in wanting turned into a grand blessing based on Hector's expertise and wanting to make sure I left the lot with a car that looked good, Certified Pre-owned (which means there is still alot of warranty left on this car) and the commitment of the dealership to take care of all my service needs. Oh...you cannot beat their interest rates!! Amazing! If you are looking for a used high end vehicle PLEASE go see Hector. He will make sure you are satisfied!

I contacted this so called Infinity car dealer via email to make an offer on a new leftover 2019 suv. I get a call the next day from a sales lady trying to make me come in to see the vehicle without giving me the discounted price. I just wanted to know the discounted price, as this vehicle was a year old. I do business at or close to a wholesale price only.Car dealers work at what they call wholesale prices. They devalue all the vehicles once off the lot. For example, car dealers go to used vehicle auctions and make low ball offers on vehicles. Once they purchase these vehicles, then they mark them up as high as they can. They do the same thing with a vehicle trade in. I am not against a car dealer making a profit but I am not stupid neither. On the other hand, new cars are marked up 200% or more by the manufacturer. The MSRP or the invoice price does not reflect the real price of any given vehicle. The real price is a secret.Going back to what happened to me at El Paso Infinity. After a short conversation with the sales lady without me getting the discounted price of a year old vehicle. The sales lady put her manager on her speaker phone to ask me if I was going to buy multiple vehicles. The sales manager was hearing in on the call. He asked me, If I would buy from him a lot of cars then he would give me a wholesale price.I told this so called sales manager that he was being sarcastic and disrespectful to me. We were only talking about one vehicle purchase and I also told him that he lost me as a potential customer and I hanged up the phone. "Wholesale prices are not based on multiple purchases."There is a good reason why the rating reviews for El Paso Infinity is at 3.6 and going down even lower (Professionalism and honesty).

Buyers Beware of this dealership In early May we contacted the dealership inquiring about the Texas sales tax for a CPO 2018 QX80. We were interested in one out of state but got the run around regarding the final costs. Kathy, a sales rep for Infinity El Paso, answered all of our questions and offered her assistance helping us locate a similar one in their inventory. We did in fact find a match but was of course way out of our price range. We discussed the vehicles we'd already found vs. the one she had in her inventory in NM. She warned us of online purchases to which we gladly accepted her advice and investigated the vehicles we were interested in and ultimately decided not to purchase at that time. She called to offer us a lower price that apparently was approved by one of the 3 owners of infinity. Once again way out of our price range. We kindly declined the offer and also decided we were over this particular vehicle purchase. A week or so later Kathy called us and let us know they had just received a trade in that matched most of our options and was within our price range that she wanted to show us. We agreed to see the vehicle and decided the QX80 she showed us was a match. We said we would go by the following day to purchase it. We went the to the dealership but Kathy was unavailable allegedly taking days off while sick at home. The manager, Hector, and another salesman, Carlos assisted us in the transaction. We got another chance to see the vehicle and started filling out all the paperwork. We waited around for several hours thinking we were going to close on the vehicle and be able to take it home. We were getting excuses that their system was down and internet wasn't working. Finally after another hour or so of waiting Hector came over and told us what was really going on. Apparently the customers that were trading in the QX80 were having trouble getting approval on their new purchase. So basically they were trying to sell us a vehicle that they didn't have in their possession!! I was a bit upset since this is something that should have been cleared up before we went and wasted our time waiting around for hours being told excuse after excuse. Hector assured me he could get the deal done and would keep me in the loop as soon as they closed on the other vehicle. We made several attempts to get ahold of Hector in the following days to get any news of the vehicle but we were told he was out of the office or busy with a customer. He finally got back to us only to say that basically the situation hadn't changed and they were still trying to get the deal done. We pretty much gave up on the purchase and moved on. About the 2nd week of June we get a call from Kathy on a Friday saying that the deal had been done and they had the QX80 in their possession to sell. With hope restored we said great we could go by middle of the following week to purchase the vehicle. We then get a call from Kathy on Monday saying that they could no longer sell the vehicle to us because "a manager" some how found that it had been in a wreck and weren't sure how the dealership would proceede with the trade in vehicle. So how has this vehicle been in their possession for nearly 2 months and and just now they find it has been in a wreck. The QX80 looked perfectly fine when we saw it. Very shady practices that is going on at this dealership.

Expert car care service and customer service but they seem to need an employees' lounge because the service and sales associates hang around in the waiting room watching videos on their phone, making snacks and talking to one another with the customers waiting for service in the same room. It was a bit uncomfortable.
