I moved in 2022 and fell in love with my apartment, It was clean and during my stay I have an issue with my noisy neighbors and it was rectified which was a big deal for me. I worked at Fort Bliss and the commute was pretty easy. Really like the place !!

Definitely one of most overrated complexes in El Paso! Not a gated community so robberies happens frequently.

I wish I could give them zero stars at all, me an my wife deep cleaned the apartment and somehow are getting charged 3x more then the security deposite,the property is never cleaned, they barely fix maintenance, and they literally screw you over. The people at the front desk are fake and don’t help unless combined for them. Also the walls are thin and can hear the smallest of noises and when you complain to the office, nothing gets done. They take you for their money especially if you are military. This place needs to be black listed!

I wish I had listened when someone in the reviews said they would charge for just about anything. Our carpets reeked of cigarette smoke when we moved in, but I was pregnant and we wanted to get settled so we shampooed our carpets ourselves. We just moved out and are now being charged $2,800 for carpet replacement when we have had a house trained pet for two years now. Blows my mind, and I am beyond pissed because our deposit was at least $1,400 and they are keeping that as well from our move out statement. Why am I being charged when someone else was smoking like a freight train. Also, we put in two different requests for maintenance to fix our ice maker and our over light and neither were fixed the full year we lived there. I’m not paying y’all a dime.

Getting ahold of someone in a crisis is terrible it’s like phones are never getting picked up it’s really frustrating as all you can do is leave a message and wait hours to get ahold of anyone as, the service is not there

I’d been highly satisfied with my stay at Independence Place. The unit i was in was fresh, and i took pride to leave it in the same condition for the next tenant. Thanks to the responsive maintenance team, my appliances & A/C stayed on point. Neighbors stayed to themselves. It's a pet friendly community and never any loose animals. It’s a small community so I’d suggest if you have a dog, always pick up after your little companion; they conveniently have dog bags and trash bins, no excuses. Lastly, the customer service was an A+. The leasing office answered promptly every time i called and always had a helpful answer for my questions. Thank you for being pet-friendly and flexible to my military career.

Beautiful apartment and the amenities are beautiful. Eva nd Daisy are friendly and professional. Maintenance staff is also quick. Highly recommend especially to all ft bliss employees. Super convenient and close to work!
