They give you the run around on appointment times. First, they say one date, 5 minutes later then say they don't have that date anymore until 2 weeks later. I can't use my vehicle with a check engine light. Horrible customer service. Called back and was told an earlier date opened up, then was told it wasn't available anymore once they found out I had previously called.

I prefer a "no-nonsense" approach when buying vehicles. Dino was accommodating and straight to the point. I feel I made a knowledgeable decision when I agreed to the terms.

I went in for a tire replacement at 10:45am. I provided the tire size and asked for a quote. I was told they would have somebody look at it. I advised it was a blowout and would need to be replaced as it was not repairable but they still asked me to wait. At 1230pm I asked for an update and was told my car was next to go in. What great timing. I told them I just needed a quote on the cost of the tire as the vehicle is a company-owned vehicle which needed to get an approval. I was told they needed to look at the tire, regardless. I don't understand why a technician needed to look at the tire for me to get a quote. I, instead, asked for me keys and took my business elsewhere. Two hours wasted.

Hoy Volkswagen customer support and service department are on point with customer care and concerns. Went for and oil change and was in and out within 30-40 minutes. Thank you and continue to do amazing work.

Awesome customer service. Been to many different dealerships in my time as a vehicle owner and Hoy VW has hands down been the best and most welcoming as far as customer experience. Technicians were just as knowledgeable as they were helpful and were clear with every update of my vehicle’s maintenance. Thank you Hoy!!
