Took my car in for body work, and that was fixed, but they damaged my interior by using my car to store the parts that were being removed off my car in the fixing process, (bumper and back panel) The paint on the back trunk was shipped when they were taking out and puting in those said parts. The new tinting i had just placed a few months before my accident was scratched and torn in this process as well. Lastly, my leather seat cover was also torn. They did fix everything and replaced the seat cover and the tint. It took another week of them keeping my car to fix all this. And the only reason i was able to prove that all these damages were caused by the staff using my car to store those parts is bcuz i have a dash cam that recorded everything. The place where they took my car to get the new tint did a horrible job. They lleft alot of bubbles, and didn't make the cuts properly to where light was coming in on several corners. I was fed up with all this inconvenience that i simply requested to take my car to the place of my choosing to have it redone. They did cover the costs. They did provide me with a rental car, but they refused to pay for the insurance provided by the rental place and stated i had to put my own insurance. Due to having to need a rental car due to their negligence, i think they should have covered everything, including the rental insurance. Despite all this drama, the staff was always very polite.

I had my 2013 Lexus RX in for repair. From the time I walked in the building for an estimate until the repair was finished, I received excellent service. Special thanks to my advisor, Rene, for putting up with some my changes in finally getting the job completed.

Terrible experience. If you have your car repaired ask for your the old parts that were changed, request mechanical reports such as tire alignment and mechanical computer diagnostics.
I took my car and some parts were never replaced as they said they had.

This shop is amazing!! We are on a cross country trip, and our van door was blown all the way open which created a dent and it made it hard to open the door. Gilbert Gomez, the manager took a look at it and said he could adjust it until we can get home to get it fixed. Everyone was very nice and the shop is very professional. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely.

I will NEVER go to this establishment again. Very unprofessional. I was deceived into purchasing a brand new tire I didn't need. This is the second tire I purchased in less than a year. The same tire in the same location. The tire had a screw in it and it couldn't be repaired or have warranty? The tire is still in very good condition and was able to be patched I immediately took it to a tire shop. People work hard for their money stop SCAMING them. Not to mention it is unacceptable to have customers wait 5 hours for a tire change. Shame on you guys!

Dropped of my VW Taos early in the morning for general maintenance, asked for an Uber from them and it was done immediately, my VW was ready for pick up within a couple of hours. They did everything perfectly ⭐️
