I recently purchased a car from House of Kars and I must say it was an amazing experience. Melisa was very responsive to my questions and provided detailed answers. Robert and Melisa were not pushy about closing the sale. They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Also, they were kind enough to deliver the car to me in Las Cruces. my wife and i have gone to dealerships and with our not so good credit (like most of us might have) they turn us down and we walk out empty handed. in 2015 we bought our first car from house of kars and in less than 3 hrs we were approved and walked out with one. in 2017 we went again and walked out w a 2017 car. This time around they didnt let us down we just got approved for a 2019 and they did everything fast and easy for us. we really recomend for ppl to shop here the cars are used but never had issues with them. thanks guys yall do amazing customer service.
