I doubt anyone will respond to this as I don’t see responses for any other reviews on here. Hobby Lobby’s environment is changing with workers looking miserable and not offering help. I have gone about four times in the last couple of weeks as I am working on many projects. What I have observed are workers in a bad mood, or just standing gossiping in the aisles.
The cashier that I dealt with last week had a rude tone when asking if I was paying cash or card. I purchased a small package containing a seashell and she forcefully grabbed it from the counter to put inside the bag. She could’ve broken it. When the receipt printed, I held out my hand to receive it, and she slammed it on the counter leaving me with my hand in the air. Such a weird experience.
I hope this is not a reflection of how employees are being treated.

Store associates are a little off putting when asking for help on the floor however the associates at the front always make sure to move the line as quickly as possible and are very welcoming. Overall a good experience.

I love the amount of variety in products to fulfill all hobbies one would have. The only setback I can say is the lack of attention to customer service from employees, even from manager who should set the example. When register operators get long lines, another cashier needs to open a lane. Also, managers should great every customer, as we had the 10ft rule implemented since 1990's but has faded with time. I look forward to changes as I will continue to shop for our holiday and hobby items.

What I was looking for was way over priced. Went to another store and bought the same identical item. It was less than half of what Hobby Lobby was asking and it wasn't on sale.
