They have some good deals, customer service is great, but in reality charging 10 cents to get a bag after you spend allot of money there if you don’t buy a bag you have to walk with your purchase in your hands now that terrible company policy, since when is that ok?

The workers there give way too much attitude for $12 an hour, maybe with a raise they would treat me with respect and kindness like a normal human being.

Im a diabetic and today while shopping at your store trying to finish my Christmas shopping i had a low and one of your employees at the register gave me a twix, i appreciate her so much and thank her once again yoday alot of people would not care to give a stranger a candy Thank you

In the past I had not had good experience with this store. I decided today to give it another try and I’m glad I did !! My experience was WOWED by Carolina great customer service.! She was very attentive throughout visit! Carolina was extremely helpful and I will be back to this H&M because of the great experience that Carolina provided me!! I live five minutes away from the H&M at the west side and I’ll definitely drive over here just to get that experience that Carolina provided for me today. Great customer service by her very attentive throughout my whole visit, very friendly, and made me feel very welcome to this H&M store!
