Oscar and his team did a great job. The car was ready immediately when I arrived. They showed me to the car and the tank was full. The car was clean and had no issues. It was easy to extend my trip through the hertz app. They even gave me a ride to the airport.

I had a disappointing experience here and would not want to go back. There were two parts to the problem: they claimed not to have a car (“that third party site should not have said we had availability”.) If you don’t want this problem, Hertz, don’t give other companies the ability to make reservations for you! And then they wouldn’t let me add my wife to my reservation without a sizable surcharge. Other rental companies have figured out that spouses should be added for free (it’s even apparently TX law!), so why can’t Hertz do this? I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Super unprofessional Mario told me they had a car available for me I took an Uber to pick the vehicle up I get there and they tell me they gave the vehicle to someone else without contacting leaving me standard with out a vehicle.

Will never rent from them...bad customer service and dont return your refund when they say they will eve for a first timer and they charge to much without giving a heads up not a star is deserved

HAD A RESERVATION FOR 2 DAYS AND THEY STILL WANTED ME TO EITHER PAY EXTRA TO GET A CAR OR WAIT ANOTHER DAY. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

They were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. ?They let me know what to expect and they coordinated the rental with the insurance company and body shop and always kept me updated every step of the way.
