Jitzy could benefit from enhanced customer service training. It would be beneficial for her to learn how to use the Tap to Pay feature and the correct placement of the phone during the process. Kindly note that the Tap logo on the front of the machine does not indicate the exact location for tapping.

Bought some wraps not too long ago and all of them where dried out and unusable. Bought some more today, different flavors and the same thing. 6 packs Bought and all 6 packs are dried. Never going back, but if you value customers please rotate your stock for the next person who goes there to buy some.

Mixed Experience: Great Employees, Disappointing Business PracticesI recently had an interesting experience at Herb N’ Legend. While the employees are fantastic and always provide excellent customer service, I must say that the business practices leave much to be desired.Here's a breakdown of my experience:1. Employees are always cool. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely tried their best to assist customers.2. Lack of Transparent Pricing:One of the significant drawbacks of this business is its pricing strategy. Instead of clearly displaying prices, customers are required to ask about them. This lack of transparency can be inconvenient and creates uncertainty. It would be more customer-friendly if the business adopted a transparent pricing policy.3. Constant Price Increases:I was disappointed to notice a pattern of frequent price increases during my many visits. It felt like prices were constantly on the rise without any apparent justification.4. No Returns Policy for Broken Products:Perhaps the most concerning aspect of my experience was the business's strict no-returns policy for broken products. Despite the possibility of receiving faulty items, customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange. This lack of accountability left me dissatisfied and reluctant to make further purchases.

I've been going here for almost 3 years. The kratom is usually very fresh. These kids are amazing and always friendly and helpful. I wish all smoke shops were like Herb n Legend. They have longer hours too.

I'm a truck driver and haven't been out this way and visited this shop in nearly 7 years. I was low on kratom, stopped in, and got exactly what I needed. Im giving you guys 5 stars not only for having what I needed, EVER TIME I've visited... but also for still having your doors open for your customers after all this time. Keep up the good work ? ? ?. There's nothing better than dependability.
