I took my cocker spaniel for the 1st time here and so far I loved they acepto my doggie with out an appt. Marcos and Karen did an amazing job I definitely will continue taking Archie ?

Injury to my dog's eye and they failed to apologize and insist was soap or hair in eye but same day I took to my vet and showed eye was a superficial scratch on eye having to get medicine for eye and followup twice. Should've seen paid attention to my dog's shaking as well as other dog in front of me in line also shaking as were afraid of going there. So, beware. Of course they didn't offer to see video footage as their claim was everything is recorded, guess they didn't want me to see my dog in pain after the injury.

Don’t bring ur pet here. Go somewhere else. I took my standard poodle and asked the groomer not to cut his top knot or do any scissor work. He is growing his hair out. When I picked him up his top knot was cut down small, his legs and tail were still unwashed and black. They use cheap products and did not use ant finishing spray he hair was dry and had static. I should’ve listen to my gut when I dropped him off but I had explained and wrote down what I requested so I was confident she knew what to do I made it clear. I’m so sad about this experience

SKIP IT, unless you're fine with a "professional" injuring your beloved pet and not mentioning it to you ?Took my curly toy poodle for the first time for a bath and teddy bear cut with images. The cut did not come out the best, but whatever as long as it was far from a standard poodle cut I was ok. However - they groomer failed in attention to detail. My pup still had overgrown hair on the smile line and muzzle looked tinted as if unwashed. Additionally, ears were not in congruence with photo given. Upon complaint, my dog came back with the shortest uneven ears that I had to fix at home. My dog was acting kind of weird, but I thought it was just the stress of beinheft at the groomers. It dawned on me to check his belly for Knicks and I found one.They did not mention this to me, had they I could have already disinfected and protected it.It's near the private region so could easily get infected and cause systemic infection. $55 I did not mind paying; can't say "you get what you pay for." Cause no business should be injuring animals and keeping their family in the dark!

Just took my dogs here & they look Great! Very friendly Staff that you can tell love & Care for the animals! Not sure why there is so many bad reviews because I had a Awesome experience & so did my dogs!

Oh my goodness, please don't take your pet here. They had our dog waiting to be seen for 5 hours and still had not taken care of her when they were closing. We decided to pick her up and she was not seen. They're completely unreliable and have awful customer service. If you want a better experience, go elsewhere. We asked to speak to a manager and the woman said she didn't know who her manager was, which she obviously does know, but didn't want to give us their information. We are still working to find out who the owner is and report their unethical business practices. Plus, they need to know that their staff are acting awful towards customers.

I took my dog, originally estimated $45 over the phone, once there, $65 because my dog was slightly taller than expected even after I clearly expressed his breed. Finally, after being there for 6 hrs and not getting a rough ETC, they called me and rushed me to go get him because they were going to close. They have a fee if you are late to pick up your pet. When I picked him up and loaded him up, he relieved himself in my back seat. He has never done that I. his 10 years being alive. First groomer I've been to that doesn't take pups out to relieve themselves. So disappointed because they did a good job otherwise with his haircut, just bad customer service with caring for one's pet while entrusted to them. What was a $65 haircut turned out to be a $165 haircut and steam-cleaning service.

I, like many customers have shared, had been taking my 3 dogs for grooming for years and was always charged a set amount. Yesterday, she spiked the price by $35 dollars. When I questioned her, she very rudely replied that it was “because no one wants to work and that the cost of her products had gone up”. Lady, you will not be seeing us again.
