The Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso West is a great place to stay, noted for its very friendly and outstanding staff who provide excellent customer service and are always helpful. The hotel has undergone fantastic and nice renovations, leaving facilities in great shape. Rooms are described as comfortable, clean, and fresh. The location offers a lot of eateries nearby, including Rudy's BBQ in the same parking lot, which also features a Tesla Supercharger. A shuttle service from the airport is available, though the airport is noted to be a 30-minute hike away. The breakfast offers options, including made-to-order waffles. Some minor drawbacks include a temporary gym with non-working equipment, though new equipment is expected soon, and the lack of a guest laundry. An incidental charge of $25 on top of the reservation cost is noted as reasonable. Overall, guests would never hesitate to stay here again.
The staff here are very friendly, I have stayed here over the past 3 years maybe 5 times for a couple of weeks each time and they remember me and always greet me with a smile.

All good as far as the rooms, staff and location. I must be turning into a picky eater when it comes to breakfast, but there are options so that's on me. The only thing I wished they had was a guest laundry. Other than that, I would never hesitate to stay here again.
