Hairstylist was rough with the comb that she was using, didn't wet my hair before cutting, didn't follow instructions as to how I wanted my hair to be cut, didn't ask if I was ok with the hair cut, and to finish this bad experience when she removed the barber cape most of the cut hair fell on to my to lap (no apology or tried to clean it off). Worst experience ever not coming back, instead going back to the Great Clips in my neighborhood.
Stylist: Worst visit at this location.

Not a good place to go for a trim they cut my sons hair wrong and I have to fix it at the house with my clipper. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. Its not worth the money they charge for hair cuts. Next time if you cant find a place and everything is closed, it's better to do it yourself at home.

The lady cutting my hair sped through my Undercut, ruined my line. I asked her to take her time but obviously she was in a rush. Not the first time it happened at this location. Not trusting any great clips

I want to start by saying the girl who cut my hair messed me up BAD! Her name was something with the J , not the first time I go and they mess my hair up. Second the salon was disgusting I noticed people don’t really clean their machines there. Last time I’m going.

Stylist: Took my godson there they knew exactly what to do. I always had trouble getting his hair cut until i came to great clips. Stylists were so nice!
