OMG I have gotten the best haircut ever with Sabrina, she was so courteous and professional, hope she gets recognized, will go back again, my last 3 haircuts elsewhere have been a disaster, depressing because to top it off I have PTSD, severe psoriasis, etc.. and with a bad haircut makes everything worse, so now at least happy with a great haircut thanks to Sabrina and great clips more power to you all

Worst haircut experience of my life. Hair stylist was rude from the get go and didn't even try to listen to me or my son on the cut he wanted. Little man even showed her a picture of what he wanted and the lady insisted on the Toadstool from the 80s cartoon cut. My son now has to walk the tough streets of Central El Paso with the toadstool cut, albeit without his crew to back him up. Also should have started with the heart attack she almost gave me trying to get my phone number and last name. Ultimately she ended up naming me Victor. Truly a disappointing experience for now Toad and me, Victor. Never going back.
Requested style: Tapered fade, but she got it so wrong.

Today I had a very good experience getting my hair cut. Michelle was very thoughtful and patient and asked me about what I wanted at every step of my hair cut... she was following my cut preferences as recorded from previous visits, but still took the time to ask me and she was very considerate about what I wanted.

I’ve gone several times when they had a sale and they never get my basic cut correctly. I went there today and the lady spent about an hour cutting my hair for a very basic cut. She kept having to correct her mistakes. It ended up looking like trash. I went home today and buzzed my hair. Not going back ever again.
