Purchased a new tool pouch, I needed one (emergency) cause mine got stolen but it didn’t work out for me because it wouldn’t hold any of my tools but I thought I’d give it a chance, needless to say it didn’t work out for me, when I went to return it, without using it and less than 24hrs later counter guy says he can’t return it because he wouldn’t be able to resell it because all the labeling (or cardboard identification as he put it) was missing, nevermind he helped remove all the packaging on it, there is neither sign nor print on the invoice that states this at the counter or on invoice. As I’m walking out he says “ if you would like I can try and resell it for you “ Completely doesn’t make sense at all, thought he was unable to sell it completely, don’t buy tools from these guys they suck especially that counter guy!
