Grammies Recently Bought Out The Daycare My Daughter Was Attending Already, Club Adventure. My Daughter Has Been Going To Daycare Almost 2yrs Never Had Any Issues. First Time I Had An Incident I Spoke With Divina She Was Nice & Understanding, The Second Time Was Different She Took Her Employees Word Over Mine (The Customer) Trying To Explain To Her That Her Employee Was Lying About An Issue That Was Last Weeks & Not Relevant To The Issue At Hand, Instead Of Trying To Fix The Situation She Basically Gave Me An Ultimatum, In The End I Took My Daughter Out With No Refund No Daycare. I’m Very Sad Very Bothered That She Didn’t Try To Fix The Problem I Don’t Like How She Came At Me/ Spoke To Me It Was Out Of Pocket.

I enrolled my daughter a few months before I was set to return to work from maternity leave and she secured a spot and began November 2023. She started at 4 months old. Now she will be turning 1 in a few days and the amount of love, care, positivity and education she receives from this daycare is unmatched! She has learned to be social and recognizes every one of her teaches and reaches for them every morning with a huge smile. I am always checking in on her throughout the day through the camera app they have, and she is always so well fed! They provided her specific type of formula! I have never heard of a daycare providing formula for an infant!!!! She has been taken care of since the first day she has started and I have absolutely no complaints. We couldn't have chosen better people to take care of our little one. They are seriously just like family.
ALSO, they are very military friendly! Which is a huge plus when paying tuition!

Grammies daycare is the absolute best! We have entrusted them with childcare for all 3 of our children since 2017, and we are sad to be leaving them due to our youngest starting school. If you want a daycare that will treat you and your children like family, this is your place. I cannot say enough good things about the owners; Mr. Nick, Toby, and Divina; their management, and ALL of their staff.

Don’t bring your toddler here. We had a very bad experience with our twin girls. They’re on their terrible twos and teachers couldn’t handle them. We did everything Divina ordered, she even suspended the girls for a week (they kept fighting between them). After this we got the girls evaluated by ECI, they came out with no issues and Divina didn’t like this. We even took them to the pediatrician and same thing, she said the girls are fine. Divina is classist and racist. She kicked out the girls from her daycare without even a two week notice. The teachers are not well trained to handle toddlers behaviors. If you have Mexican roots don’t bring your kids here, the owner Divina Frescas only likes English speakers.

The driver of the van was driving next to us on the way back from Tippin Elementary. First off, the kids in the back were not buckled in. He sped through the Reyes school zone, continued to speed and kept his ear buds in the entire time while making his own lanes on Paseo del Norte. Meanwhile, there are kids wrestling in the back with NO seat belt.

Covid 2 year old from overseas with zero interaction with children due to restrictions and being away from family and friends and Grammies took us in like they’ve known us for years. It took him a week to get adjusted to me leaving but immediately latched on to a few of the teachers and Tobias. I love that it’s a family atmosphere, it’s clean, they do potty training, they give a few pointers to a new and worried mom, you get to peak in on your little one with their cameras and due to my very picky eater I get to bring in a lunch. I love this place and HIGHLY recommend!

I contacted the receptionist in August 2021 to secure a spot for my child. She said she would place me on the list and I was the "next available in line". She NEVER called. If she doesn't like you, prepare to get bad service. She is rude and lacks people skills.The receptionist would highly benefit from customer service training.

Staff is safe, friendly, carring, they will go above and beyond for the children.My child feared his previous daycare. When we switched to Grammies his attitude changed completely. The staff at Grammies are not there because it's just a job. Their actions display great interests in early child development.In two years I have never seen a child resist their parents during drop off. Children gladly enter the building with smiles and excitement. Sadly my child will no longer attend Grammies. In his time he bonded with staff and other children, while other places he could not wait to go home.The staff at Grammies cares about the children as if they were their own. There is no better option.

I love this daycare. They are so helpful. My child doesn’t go there any more because I work from home now. But while she was there for over a year I had no complaints and neither did she. I would definitely bring her back here if I go back to work outside the home.

My son has been going to Grammies for almost 2 years now. He has learned so much and is always happy to be there. The staff is amazing also! Mrs. Ana, Ms. Jasmin, Ms. Yazmin ,Ms. Emme, Nick, Jessica, McKayla, Alexis everyone is just great! I love that I can peak in on my son anytime during the day on my cell phone to see how he is doing as well. I feel very blessed to have found Grammies!

My son has been going here for 3 years and has loved it! When he first started he would keep to himself. After a year with Mrs Emme, he blossomed. He started talking more and making friends. Now he runs into the daycare to his class wanting to see Mrs. Z and Ms Gracie. He knows how to write his name, the alphabet, colors etc. Very well run daycare by the Frescas. Highly recommend it. It is going to be sad once our son transitions to kinder.
