It smelled SO bad. Made me nauseated. The prices are ridiculous. They are donated clothes, why are they charging the same as Ross and DDS?! I was extremely uncomfortable to see a camera on top of a Changing Room. Would LOVE to see where they point that camera! It was super creepy. Never returning to this particular establishment. They need a whole new management.

Good selection, good prices. Tons of options. It's Aug. I found the cutest purse and shoes for $9 total. Will be returning to this one!

Do not shop at this location. The staff that run this store are very unkind and lack any experience in customer service. During a recent visit, mgmt had to be called to correct a pricing discrepancy. Rather than honor an error that the store made themselves, the manager proceeded to lecture me about how customers could not be trusted. Additionally, the staff here regularly attempts to kick everyone out ten minutes before closing. When they do this they make customers feel extremely unwelcome despite the clearly posted hours on the door, and online. One woman in particular is such a witch about everything. She's a gremlin. The other women feed off her terrible energy and gang up on customers for just about anything. This front counter staff consistently demonstrates atrocious and despicable behavior towards customers. Take your business to the George Dieter location instead. The staff there is always nice and ready to help. It's literally night and day between the two locations.

Update April 2023: Still love this store, but discounts mentioned below are now only 15% and prices were raised significantly on clothing.(2020) I love this store on McCrae in El Paso, TX. I find lots of designer brand clothes in great condition. Senior discount on Wednesdays and military discount (w/military ID) every day.

It really sucks, the prices are way to high considering that it's all donations how can a poor person spent 9.98 and up on a pair of jeans 7.98 and up on a shirt . I was very disappointed and realized I have been donating so much for so long it really really sucks ????

This Goodwill has been getting really bad in store appearance everything is just throw on the shelves or just in a random area, and it is either broken, or damaged because of the way stuff is just throw.

Go to a different location. The prices here are crazy for really damaged items. If you’re going to donate, please do so while the store is open, as everyone either loots the donation area at night, or dump trash.

Seniors used to get 30% on Wednesday now it's only 15%. Military is 15% on Tuesday's only.

So if you aren't aware goodwill is a private company that takes people's used stuff and sells it for a profit. With that being said this "donated" stuff is expensive. They wanted to charge me 12 and 9 dollars for used shirts. 12 dollars and higher for ugly used pans. 1.99 for a notebook you could get brand new at Walmart for 50 cents to a dollar. This store seems to have alot of stuff on the shelves. Why? Because it is all over priced. Just save yourself a trip and buy some new pants and shirts at Walmart. I used to love browsing at goodwill. Not anymore.

He’s nice to help our community. I like to visit displays when I want to get rid of it of clothes, furniture electronics. This is a good place to take your stuff that you don’t use anymore people always friendly.

Rude cashiers need to be fired. I know I’m not the only review that says this! The Cashiers call the manager to reprice items that you have found that seem to be “too cheap” it’s extremely rude and frustrating. They need to be fired and not have this happen anymore. I also purchased a large item that I could not carry in my cart until I decided to leave and they almost sold it to someone else! I had my receipt thankfully but they all pretended they didn’t remember seeing me purchase it. It was extremely rude , I had paid fully for it and they tried to make it seem like I was trying to steal. Get new cashiers please. Old hags always have an attitude like goodwill prices come out of their pockets….

Never again will I donate to Goodwill. I actually had an employee tell me that I couldn't throw a side table I took to donate into their large trash bin after a leg broke, taking it out and witnessed it breaking but, actually said it was illegal dumping because it was private property. Then says it's not for me to get mad and to leave it, that it's okay when he saw me walking towards the bin. Apparently his definition of getting mad is me looking at him, smirking , and shacking my head as he is telling me this. Thank goodness we have citizen collection sites (dumping sites) all over El Paso. ? Lesson learnt!
