While visiting EP, I dropped in on a Saturday morning class and had a great time. The owner, the coaches and the members were super welcoming and friendly. The gym was clean, the equipment was nice and the WOD was challenging and fun (by “fun” I mean it kicked my a$$). I’ve dropped in at many gyms around the country and Get Lifted ranks right at the top of my favorites. I’ll definitely make it my go-to drop in spot any time I’m in EP.

My husband and I joined them recently with no experience in cross fit. Little did I know we were both going to end up enjoying the place, people and environment right away. The trainers look at your form and give you tips, so you can get the most out of each workout. We look forward to go workout every day. After you are done with the workout you just feel accomplished with yourself. We love it here.

Great family atmosphere. Coaches go over technique during warm up and make sure you are ready for the workout. All experience levels are welcome

I definitely had a "deer in headlights" look when I first walked in. I wasn't sure where to go or what to do, but thankfully Lisa found me. She explained everything to me when it came to working out. I have a problem breathing at the right time and how to lift, so she made sure to keep an eye on me.

I was unfortunate to come in where they have a really rude and unprofessional coach. First, the gym is a huge warehouse with multiple entrances. I go into the gym apparently on the wrong side and the rude coach immediately points at me and yells go to the front like Im suppose to know where that is? Second, i have attempted to sign up three times with three different members telling me three different stories. The third time is with that rude coach and he says i can’t participate in class unless I handle it (like hello?! I keep on getting tossed around trying to figure it out!). He had the audacity to tell me “we just can’t have you taking free classes”. That’s so embarrassing for him to imply that I’m freeloading off of this gym. I even told him can I just pay for today’s class? And he still denied me. Will definitely not invest in my health and money into this unprofessional gym.

I dropped into this gym for a few days while in town, I had a really great experience. The facility itself is impressive and spacious, they had marked separate areas on the floor for everyone to have a personal space to work out to maintain social distancing, but it didn’t feel cramped at all. The coaches were very friendly and helpful, they made me feel like a regular. The other athletes at the gym were welcoming and encouraging, such a great environment to work out in. If I lived here I’d probably make this gym my home. I highly recommend this place for a fun and challenging workout!

If you’re a beginner level Crossfit I would not recommend this place. I got a seven day trial and I attended two days, the first day it was ok. The second day was not a good experience because the coach did not offer any help, we had to follow him around to ask basic technique questions. The ambiance is intimidating if you’re a beginner aspiring to become a CrossFit athlete. I recommend Get Lifted for experienced and advanced level CrossFit members. I will be starting a membership with Rush Fitness who took care of my needs and took the time to explain and model techniques and helped me with the soreness caused by Get Lifted.

Been here for over 4 years, I would absolutely never ever even try to go somewhere else... This is a big box with very engaged and knowledgeable staff.
