DO NOT PICKUP YOUR UHAUL EQUIPMENT HERE. I came during business hours and no one is here. The place is completely locked up and none of the 3 numbers that are linked are listed. I had to drive 10 extra miles out just to pick up elsewhere. Unprofessional!

I needed to put something in storage fir a week but had to pay the full month rent since they didn't have any specials at the time.
Place is really small and would be extremely difficult for a moving truck to maneuver in there. I had issues turning around in my car.
It served its purpose but I'll try to find a different storage next time I visit El Paso.

i am writing from Houston Tx my name is Lourdes PerezI was behind on my payments and they understood why, that is on me. i had to move from el paso and was going to give my daughter. i landed 2 jobs here in Houston. the manager Frank did try getting a hold of me regarding my past due acct. several times but at the time of his calls i was not able to answer. he sent me an email regarding my storage and that it was going to be auctioned off and i had up to the date to pay before the auction started to save my stuff from being auctioned. well on that day i had the monies to pay my balance due and when i called no one answered i left a message for Frank the manager letting him know i had the monies to pay and not to sell my stuff. i even called the emergency phone number they provide to you and it would ring and as if they would hang up. i was upset because 10minutes after the auction started is when someone finally answered and by then it was too late!!! it was like as if they stalled me so they could sell my stuff and make more money vs me paying my balance. Very unprofessional. it is gated BUT has an opening on the side so anyone can break in. the camera doesnt work its only there for show and tell. and the fact that they only take money orders when you go in person is an inconvenience and the guy who works at the office never opens up on time is always out for more than an hour for lunch and his feet stink, he always has his shoes off and make the whole small office stink.

Very affordable. The man in the office is always helpful, I've rented a storage here two separate time within 2 years and have not had any problems getting my things in and out of the storage. Gate and then the lock on your unit. Just put some plastic or something to block the crevice between the concrete floor and the door so no dirt or rain can get inside.
