First experience with this pharmacy and it has been absolutely awful. To start, they got my info from the doctors Office and never called. Their excuse was that they didn't have my correct phone number, however they never bothered to find it with my doctors Office who does have it. Second, I had to call myself after waiting 2 weeks for ADHD medication (if you know about ADHD, you know we shouldn't go without it) and they had absolutely no urgency. They finally got my insurance info and told me they'd have to order it then it will be shipped to me. Fast forward a week and a half, I had to call them myself again and it turns out my medication has just been sitting there. No call, no shipping, nothing. I am incredibly frustrated and having to make all the calls MYSELF while dealing with unmedicated ADHD feels so impossible. I will not be returning once I'm able to get these pills. Way to make dealing with conditions significantly more difficult.

I have been using this Genoa location for several years and there are not enough nice things I can say about it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. There have been a few times where they have gone above and beyond to make sure I get my medications.
