I got incorrect information from a telephone representative about a delay in a Zelle deposit. I thought. Yarely at the Viscount location, and a manager named Marco, got the correct information. It was Zelle, and not the two banks involved, that was delaying to transfer. Because of security, Patriot Act? Eho knows. I have been satisfied with my time at GECU, and have found ways to get around their not having services I can get from a large bank. ...Like ATMs worldwide, or only beimg able to Zelle $200 at a time. They are responsive when you have an issue, and have secure systems in place.

They need an ATM that can accept cash. I needed to make a deposit and I know its Friday but I don't understand why the video teller has to leave. Why not wait instead of getting transferred off the screen and having the next person wait 5 minutes to do their banking. The line was extremely long and area has a lot of older generation people that do not do well in the digital age. The employees there had to instruct them all how to use the video teller. I waited almost 25 minutes and just decided to leave and drive to Copia and use the drive-thru ATM. I'm sure other days are fine but don't expect to be in and out on Fridays and the beginning of the month when most people are trying to cash SS checks. Please make an outside ATM like Wells Fargo next door that accepts deposits.
