I had the worst experience shopping at this location. There were 2 employees and it took them about 15 minutes to simply process ONE return for ONE customer. There were about 7 customers in the store and they seemed overwhelmed. Being that it was a few days before Christmas they should have had better employees manning the store, IMO.

I tried canceling a pre order of a game that’s only been out for a week. Was told “i would need to transfer the money to GameStop card” as an ex employee who worked at GameStop in El Paso till a month ago. This is not a policy that GameStop has unless it’s been on pre order for a long period of time. If the people at GameStop tell you this don’t ask to speak to the manager you should ask for the distract manger jon.

Was told by Raymond the game warranty was free and he'd include it with my purchase. Check the receipt once I get to the car and sure enough, I was charged for it. I understand y'all got numbers to hit but stop sneaking things in by lying or misinforming customers. It's less than two bucks for the warranties on games I purchased but that's still shady ?Otherwise, this store had a good selection of games. Will be back to check it out again but, I'll pass on any additional "freebies" going forward.

Awful people skills by numerous employees. Walked into the store lots of times and they just look at you without even a welcome or at least ask if the customer needs help looking for something. This store used to be my go to GameStop because of customer service and selection, but has really taken a dive in recent years. They should definitely work on hiring better employees who have people skills and know what they are doing.

I went in to purchase a PS5 and a game, with what was available in stock I would have paid $650 and had to go elsewhere to get the desire game but the guy decided that I wasn't allow to purchase the PS5 without an active membership, so instead of the hassle of dealing with the inconvenience, I walked over to Walmart, got the PS5 and the desired game both for $600.

We are from the northeast and keep neglecting this game stop. But this one is just as good as the others. Got a 50 dollar keyboard for 60% off. Just what my baby boy asked Santa for Christmas . Good sales that day. We will be back for games definitely.
