The lame employee working at 12:30 on Wednesday Dec 13 was rude with an ugly attitude.Called a day earlier asking if this figure was in stock as the website showed 2 in the system.The employee said nope that they were for pre orders only. I placed the order on the site anyway for pickup the next day as it still said 2 in stock despite what they claim they have to fulfill for preorders the site is allowing me to purchase them. Not my problem if someone decides to linger on their pre order.I went to pickup the figure and the guy at the front checkout was so ugly about “You shouldn’t even be able to order this” “I don’t know why they let you purchase this” and gave me the ugliest bent figure. I kindly asked if I would be able to get another one as the corner was all bent and I knew there were 2 in stock . Instead the lame employee just threw the figure in a giant bag and shoved it at me with the receipt. Glad they’ll be out of business soon

Employees are not properly trained or educated on what to do when “the system goes down” there is nowhere near enough manpower to address more than 3 people in a store causing disorder and chaos to check out and more importantly, I’ve waited over a month for a refund on an item for pick up that was cancelled. I’ve called customer service 3 times, received a “trouble ticket” number that leads nowhere and every associate I speak with has no idea what is going on. GameStop used to be an awesome company of dedicated devoted and informed people and now it’s become an outsourced, unorganized and incompetent disorganization where no one knows what is happening.

This place is trash, the workers there only seem to like to talk to men, because I was at the register looking for help, and the employee looked PAST ME and greeted and spoke to 2 other MALE customers, and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I waited to see if his customer service skills would eventually kick in, but he continued to ignore me, so I went to buy my elite controller and accessories in another store.

Took FOREVER for pre-orders to come. Almost a year. Same excuse all the time. "Funko is backed up." They didn't try to locate items from another store like I knew they can. Worse gamestop in El Paso.
