I do love this place. My Luna always comes home looking beautiful. They do a great job. They do take long to get to her but need to understand Luna is not the only dog there. As long as Luna is happy and is treated well. Than I am happy too. Thank you Perla!!!❤️you always do a wonderful job ?

I am never bringing my dog here again. I dropped her off and when she came home she couldn’t open one eye and is super red also she isn’t acting like herself. We have always taken her to the groomers and this has never happened she is a sweet dog and doesn’t mind the baths so there is no reason to get soap or anything like that in her eye. It’s heartbreaking to see my baby like this.

These people don’t do their job. They didn’t even brush my dog’s teeth. My dog was scared which appears they are mean n mistreated.The lady who tried to go get my dog called my dog a “pinchie pendeja” because my dog barked at her because she didn’t want her to grab her, which I believe is due to the treatment. I dropped my dog at 10:30 pm and she wasn’t done till 5:30pm.

They have wonderful service, except for sometimes they give pickup times that aren't kept by hours. So I really don't go with the past reviews that puts their services down. I've never had one bad experience with them. And my doggy always comes out looking beautiful, and fresh when we pick her up.

This is the worse grooming place. I took my Bichon Frisé and I received a call that they needed help to hold him because he was not letting himself clean. When I was there, the owner said that they couldn’t continue cutting his hair, and that I needed to buy the pill to calm him down next time I’ll take him grooming. OMG, this is the first time someone from a grooming place ask to buy that pill. Anyway, my dog had spots all over his body, covering his face with long hair and half of his body bold. Then, she said, the balance is 45,99. Really? The sad thing is that I’m so nice (&@&@) that I did paid grrrrr, stupid me. Oh well haha..

I took my puppy 5 times that’s 11 months old she is a shih tzu, and I took her at 10:30 keep in mind they open at 8am I was so mad because they close at 5 and she was not done until 6 pm this is unbelievable Iam never taking her there!!!! I feel so bad because she looked very sad and iam worried….

Terrible, every time I take my 3 cocker spaniels to this place, the price goes up. They tell me $30 dollars a dog and then they call and I go pick them up and he tells me $130 for my puppies and I ask what the hell and he tells me they are considered large dogs? What the hell do you consider a small dog? Stat away from this greedy place. They give you a price and change it when you pick up the puppies. cheap and unprofessional. They want to get rich off each person. Same place that was on the news last year for killing a puppy. To many choices to go and not get ripped off. The BBB will hear from me Monday. Greedy trash people. karma is a real bitch!!!!!

Terrible place to take your dogs. The last 2 times they tell me the price and when I go to pick up my dogs they triple the price. They said $30 dollars per cocker spaniel then I pick them up and the bill changes to $135 and tells me it was a mistake they are considering them a large dog????? A small cocker spaniel is a large dog. **** * *** *** *** **** ** ***** ** ** *** ****** *** **** ******** ******* ****** **** *** **** **** **** ****** ************** *** ***** ** * **** ****** Never again. ***** * ***********

Our elderly pug mix needed a cut, most groomers did not want to touch him, these fine folks were kind enough to help him be more comfortable. Very reasonable prices and you can just walk in. Thank you!
