One of the worst insurance companies that I have ever dealt with, I I have paid my payment on time the whole time I’ve had this insurance and when comes time for me to use the insurance, they slow walk any payments back to the customers adjusters do not answer the phone or return phone calls completely impossible to get anybody on the phone was told to check was being overnighted to me. It still has not got here and they can’t even give me a tracking number for it was told today that they would have to void the check and re-issue me a new one because they didn’t send it FedEx overnight. They sent it through the regular mail and when I try to call them, all I get is a fast busy signal guess they have blocked me. Funny thing is I used another phone and the call went right through with no problem. Wondered what that could be.

Simply terrible service, apparently in all the offices of this insurance company they feel like the owners of the place... there is no reason to be so rude and arrogant... maybe the owner doesn't even realize this or simply because he has a lot of people Those who buy their insurance one less does not affect them.

Fred Loya has an extremely poor customer Service reputation- so poor that the cheap rates might not be worth the hassle. In fact the company was fined in 2012 for not adhering to underwriting guidelines for customer discounts that it had filed with the Texas Department of Insurance, instead imposting other requirements that kept premiums higher.
Data from the National Association Of Insurance commissioners (NAIC) shows that FRED LOYA receives 475% more complaints than would normally be expected of an insurance company of its size.

My bill was due on Saturday I was thinking Sunday and for the life of me I couldn't make a payment till Monday. ? Terrible. Monday came the agent was so so, typical young generation attitude nothing nice.

I have been trying to settle a claim with Fred Loya Insurance company for over a month. Their insured received the citation, and it was extremely difficult to receive a rental car but they finally did for approx 10fays then cancelled the agreement. They sent the paperwork for settlement to my employee addressed him as the owner of the vehicle so I am not able to sign paperwork nor can I get anyone at the Fred Loya agency to return my calls. They are not ethical not even able to follow through and are a risk to anyone who pays a premium. You will find that you cannot leave messages when transferred because mail box is full, phone numbers not working, it’s sad and terrible

Absolutely horrible to deal with. I was hit by their client from behind while stopped at a stoplight. Their client was kind and I have no problem with them whatsoever. I was hit 23rd of December in the late afternoon. My back and neck immediately began to hurt me on the drive home. I spent Christmas weekend in pain and sought out chiropractic treatment that Monday and have been going since, 3 days a week. I was advised by their agent (name escapes me at the moment) to continue to seek treatment and was sent a packet to fill out. I just received a call from them informing me that they would be denying my claim since I waited 4 days to see anyone. Keep in mind this was CHRISTMAS weekend, nothing was open. I will be taking legal recourse to cover my expenses. Absolutely atrocious company. I'm not surprised in the least at their rating.

Fred Loya is leaving me with a lawsuit from the tow yard because they won't even pay a sufficient amount for my property damage. they waited 2 months to look at my bike and the storage fees kept piling up. they won't take responsibility and say I'm at fault for them taking so long to look at my bike. you requested the police report the day after the accident! you had all the information! company is complete crap.

Fred loya took no consideration into making an investigation on my claim when I was in an accident. They just blamed me for the accident when I was cut off by two cars. Terrible service. Terrible company. 0/10 recommendation

worst company ever I will be filing a complaint with the Texas insurance bored tomorrow. they never answer their phone they are only taking 50% responsibility of claim even though their insured was at fault.
