We had severe problems on the road coming from Florida to Cali, and needed help on a Saturday.
We called James, and he moved his schedule around to accept us, or 20 foot truck, and 34 foot travel trailer in his small parking lot.
The problem would have totally sidelined our truck on the side of the road if not addressed. the issue was of the A/C pulley wobbling and hitting and slowly cutting our lower radiator hose, and radiator support bolt.
He installed a complete new A/C unit, doing quality work at a more than fair price.
What a nice humble guy. He's a father of four boys three of which are now in college.

Walked in very rude, has his back to me the whole time, a simple "I'll be right with you would help" maybe if I was dressed like silly cartoon character his senior citizen self would have jumped with joy lol so yes beware this terrible establishment!!!

Super bad experience don't come here DON'T DO IT. I took my 2011 Malibu to get a diagnostic on why the car was stopping every 5 or 10 miles I was very clear to him I knw the car has some other issues but could you tell me the reason why is the car stopping? And he charge me $1200.00 for nothing the car still stops he end up telling me what I told him in the beginning something I already knew. Don't take your car there he take advantage of people. DONT DO IT look for ather places.Service: Electrical

I did not purchase a service or go to them, but I called asking for help with my Ford, and they were kind, prompt, and courteous. I know I will come back to the shop should I need help with electrical issues in a vehicle. Excellent service and phone manners!

Dropped off an alternator for 05 expedition for rebuild. Had it back in in less than 4 days. Installed this past Friday and seems to be working well. Will definitely keep Franco's in mind for future repairs like this.
