I called regarding the second key program and was transferred to the parts department, and the parts guy was acting dumb saying just to pay for the key fob. When i told him about the second key fob program he didnt care and say im not sure when youll get it . They have really rude employees with attitude over at fox toyota

I recently purchased a Rav4 Prime from Fox Toyota. I was out of state while ordering the car with Paul Tarango. I did not know what the car looked like and was skeptical, but Paul invested a great deal of time recording the vehicle inside out and introduced himself. The details Paul provided and the communication were super helpful, and he earned my trust. Great customer skills, Paul. Thank you, Paul, for picking me up from work, taking me to the bank, and waiting for me. Thanks for the great communication!
The Silver/black Rav4 Prime is the BEST car that I have ever purchased. It's a beautiful vehicle, well-designed, 4WD, and smooth ride. I didn't have a hard time accelerating up the hills and mountains. Love the fact that it uses the battery, but the gas kicks in once the battery is exhausted. In the photo, the blue is the gas, and the green is the battery. The charger comes with the car. Highly recommend Paul at Fox Toyota!

I recently purchase my first car a 2025 Toyota Camry. This dealership provided amazing customer service and absolutely did me right. Alfonso was a great sales person, he explained everything to me and made the process fast and easy. Overall I recommend going to Fox Toyota and ask for Alfonso, you’ll be well taken care of!

The last two times I have had my car serviced with Hoy Fox Toyota have been so pleasant I had to write this review. My service rep, Saul Ochoa, is to be commended for going that extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I was in and out in a timely fashion and he kept me informed on the statis of my car. His team member, Jeanette, was also very cordial and professional.

My experience was very good. From the minute I contacted my sales person till the deal was complete. I spoke with David and let him know what I was looking for and he started researching and got back to me in less than an hour. I wasn't quite satisfied with the vehicle he was offering so he continued to look until he found something that I was interested in. The service was great!

Fox Toyota El Paso is by far the best dealership in EP! They gave me a fair value for my trade-in, unlike other dealerships that undervalue your trade-in and make you feel like you're at "Casa". I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency here.
Communication with the salesman was great, and I never felt harassed by a pushy salesperson. The salesman at Fox Toyota gave me the space and time I needed to decide on the right vehicle.

Jerry from Fox Toyota came through with my family today. We called Fox Toyota more then 6 time just now to ask about jumping a 1995 Toyota Tacoma from our 2021 RAV4 . We were placed on hold, hung up on, or completely ignored by the receptionist. All we were calling for was to inquire if it would be safe to jump our truck. Jerry put us on hold and made sure for us not to hang up, took the time to make sure he found the correct answer, and gave us the all around support we needed. We were losing faith in our choice or dealership and all around faith it manufacturers. Thank you Jerry.

***Read The Paperwork*** My son who is active duty Army, and a Combat Vet, decided he wanted to buy him and his wife new cars. My wife and I agreed to co-sign. We got the paperwork and the numbers were not adding up. My wife messaged the sales person Mario Loya and he proceeds to tell my wife our son is a liar. (see attached photo) he didn't say there must be a misunderstanding but just says he is flat out lying to his mother. He could have even just said no that is the price of the vehicles he picked. I'm like this can't be the way these guys do business so I call the dealership directly and spoke with the manager on duty. (forgot his name) He try's the "well I don't know all the details..." I interrupted him and said "look don't give me that BS. I have been in sales for over 30 years, and one thing I know is you NEVER insult the customer." can we agree on that? He agreed and I discounted the call. My son did pick out different vehicles than he had told us originally and we could have worked things out but Mario Loya's unprofessional behavior and his managers lack of an apology made it impossible for me to trust them
with my business. Back to checking your paperwork, after reviewing the paperwork. I found not only did they pump up the prices from what they advertised the vehicles for but they also added over $11,060 in platinum and gold service agreements that we did not ask for or agree to. This Mario Loya has short man complex and tries to make up for it by ripping people off, makes him feel like a big man. I'm sure the dealership loves it because he makes them lots of money and from the way the sales manager tried to dance around the issue. ***I'm taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same, its the only way they will learn right from wrong*** Mario Loya is not a good person to take advantage of young solders like that...

I had to come back and change my review from 1 star to 5. After the manager Roy called us back about the bad customer service. He tried to make things right. He apologize and made us feel like they do care for their customers. We decided to give them another chance and I am happy we did that. We took the vehicle back. Our service advisor was Adrian (the best) he help us from the beginning and there was always communication. He provides an outstanding customer service. It took 3 days for them to fix our car. I'm happy with the results. Adrian went obove and beyond. He had our vehicle ready and detailed when we went to get it. It look like a new vehicle ?. I will definitely take my cars to get them service at Fox Toyota anytime. I'm leaving my previous review on the bottom just to prove that everybody deserves a second chance.
We were fox toyota customers for 9 years and always had great customer service. Our service advisors were Gene and Adrian and they were always great. Good comunicación and great customer service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The last time we took our vehicle for a repair, we had the worse customer service experience. Manny was our service advisor. Our car was there for almost three weeks and Manny was never in communication with us. We called the service department several times in a day to get to talk to him and he was always on another call, or with a customer or not in. After two weeks we started asking for a manager and again we left several messages to the manager named Roy and he never had the courtesy to call us back. I only spoke to Manny one time and that was just to tell me that the repair was going to be more than 1000 and a sensor needed to be order. A week after that we called again, several times and after no response or call back from Manny or the manager Roy we decided to go and get our vehicle back and take it somewhere else. I am disappointed since we already had a good relationship with our previous advisors that we have to start again at another toyota dealership.

I came to this dealership for my first time to not only film valuable content to share on my YouTube channel for the sake of those seeking answers, but to benefit Fox Toyota and its sales consultant Edwin Figueroa whom made the experience all the better and allowed me to test drive a 2024 Tacoma TRD OffRoad which was far what I expected. We just bought a Venza, it barely has 100 miles, the gas gauge does not pull, they say it has no fix at the moment we want to return it because it is their defect and they say no, the car is already ours, it is a lie what your driver says regarding They help the customer to leave happy cm we are going to want a car that does not have more than 100 miles and does not work for that one pays and makes sacrifices to buy something and now it turns out that it does not have a fix and we went and his driver told him that we wanted to return the car and he told us it was already our problem that it was already ours and that if we wanted to put the car in exchange it would lower the price because of that problem that they cannot fix, very bad deal.

Parts department is great. They schedule appointments for service quickly. However, the reason I gave 3 stars is because service dept didn't let me know when I made an appt that just for an inspection they were behind and would need the vehicle dropped off for 2-3 days to get the inspection (not counting the service work needed). This was impractical for me since I mentioned I was coming from an hour out of town. Wasted my time (gas and driving 2 hrs) and it's just a bad scheduling process. They shouldn't schedule intake appointments when there is no capacity for the vehicle to get looked at for mult days.
