Very dishonest people working in the detailing department! I purchased a Lexus about 3 weeks ago and traded in my vehicle…. I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses behind. The very next day I called my salesman (Victor) asking him to please get them for me. He said he would check, but never heard back from him until I reached out again . According to him and the detailing team my sunglasses were not there! So make sure if you’re trading in a vehicle don’t leave anything behind because you will never see it again! It’s exactly how other people on here say.. once you write them a check they stop caring !

Really disappointed to the guy named "Gustavo". He came to me with earphones on and very unprofessional. Not only provided false information but he seemed to have a bad attitude towards customers. I suggest management should have a conversation with him in order to provide customers satisfaction.

Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the buying process was seamless. I am extremely happy with my new GX and the service I received from the manager, finance director, sales consultant, and the delivery specialist!! Amazing team all around!

My husband and I went Fox Lexus today to see the GX550 and wow. The staff is incredibly unfriendly, unprofessional, and looked like they didn’t want to be bothered. We walked into the showroom because there was one inside that was sold. The front desk guy was sleeping (literally sleeping. Wish I had a picture), the guy standing in front of the desk was on his phone and never looked up. We walked over to Toyota to look at the Land Cruiser and was followed by a creepy guy who set his Big-Gulp down to say a few words. Those few words were that they would call us if someone else back out. Well, buddy, I’d like to order and have my own of my choosing. Fox Lexus is an absolute joke. Few weeks back we stopped at the Lexus dealership in Boerne, TX and were treated like country club members. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere. The vehicle is nicely priced to be treated like a nobody.

I got my Lexus Rx 350 serviced back in Feb of 2022. It's now 2024 but it's been burning at me how this dealership treated me. I was driving my car back to Tucson from San Antonio and it was having issues switching gears while driving. I had the car towed in and Jesus Perez the service Advisor told me it was the fuel pump. I had to rent a car to get back to Tucson and they told me no one could take me to the rental so I had to walk at least a mile down a busy street with my suit case and my dog. When they told me the car was ready I went back for it and within 30 minutes of driving on the I10 the gears started shifting again. I called and Jesus Perez told me I would have to take a video and send him. It was very dangerous but I sent the video and he was so rude. He said Mam you have to send me another video because it's too fuzzy. It's hard to video the car computer system while your car is randomly shifting gears. I sent it again and called back and they told me he was unavailable. I had no choice but to drive slowly 50 to 55mph on the shoulder all the way to Tucson. They told me there it was a loose wire and repaired it. That was a hellish nightmare. I would never recommend this uncaring, greedy, racist, dealership to anyone. Jesus Perez I hope one day your car breaks down in the middle of the desert and you have no one to help you!! ?

Unfortunately my car buying experience was poor because Tina is extremely hateful and spreading homophobic information all around. She does not represent Lexus, who have always stood behind LGBTQ community for years, as well as other minorities and diversities.

Had a drop-in (non-appointment) 30k mile service on my NX during a road trip from 3 states away. The entire staff there was great! Our service advisor was Arturo & couldn't have asked for a better experience, particularly being half-way across the country. Thanks!

We had been test driving several new cars around town and decided to visit Fox Lexus . We were greeted by Patricia Priegel who went out of her way to provide expert service and customer care. She professionally addressed our concerns and questions about various models.
Now we are driving an IS 500 that we enjoy very much.
Thank you Patricia and staff at Fox Lexus !

?? UPDATE ?? Just received a message from the dealer that they are now going to repair the issue under warranty!
So disappointed by Lexus and Fox Lexus of El Paso my wife and I bought a brand new 2024 NX 350 on New Year’s Eve. We were so excited and loving our new vehicle until May 23 when we were driving on route 10 heading from El Paso back to Las Cruces and all of a sudden the panoramic sunroof exploded! It sounded like a shotgun blast, which scared the heck out of me and my wife. I immediately called the dealership. They told me to come in right away, so I turned around and drove back into El Paso to the dealership. Once we got there, we were greeted by one of the service managers whose first question was not are you OK but it was are you gonna use your insurance for this. The question threw me for a loop as we haven’t even owned the car for six months yet and it’s covered under a bumper-to-bumper warranty for three years and on top of that I purchased an additional bumper-to-bumper warranty to extend that out further. I responded there is nothing that I had done while driving this vehicle that should have caused this to happen. This happened due to a manufacturing defect either the glass was imperfect, or it was installed incorrectly, causing pressure to build up until the point where it exploded thankfully, we had the cloth roof cover closed or we would’ve had glass all over us. After a while waiting for the service department manager to come, he also asked are we going to use our insurance to which I answered again no this is due to Lexus’s building of the car not wear and tear on a car that’s not even six months old, he then took pictures and said he had to reach out to their Lexus representative for next steps. They provided us a loaner car and we were on our way. Over a week later still no response on our vehicle would be repaired. They reach out to me and say that Lexus authorized them to discount the part 50% and charge the full price for labor. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful half of the part is $3000. The labor is another $1400 all of this on a car that again is not even six months old! Here’s the crazy part I have a customer who own a Lexus dealership in a different part of the country and they let me know that their markup on parts is about 50%! So at the end of the day, all they were doing, was not making a profit on the part at the dealership! How gracious of them! To offer your customers a bumper to bumper warranty but then when something actually happens due to a manufacturing defect, you say oh well we only cover half. To me this is criminal! I would tell anyone thinking of buying Lexus to really think long and hard before doing so because of the shady nature of their business practices and lack of standing behind their product and if you really do want to go forward with purchasing Lexus, I would recommend that you do not under any circumstances purchase it from Lexus of El Paso as they do not care about doing what is right for the customer or standing behind their vehicles.

Very unprofessional and unsettling to say the least. Went in to look at a vehicle. Upon my research I felt it was very overpriced and declined the deal. However the salesman Jacob wouldn’t stop texting me trying to convince me to the point of harassment. My brother stepped in and spoke with him on the phone to which Jacob confessed he was only concerned with him not getting the sale and worried other people would get the deal and ended up hanging up on my brother. He then spoke to the manager Abel who was very understanding and apologetic however you could not give me a free vehicle to get me to step foot on their lot again if these are the kinds of people they hire. Super uncomfortable with this experience.

As soon as we walked in we were assisted by Miguel. I explained what i was looking for. Miguel was patient an helped me explore my options. At no point did I feel pressured or instigated when making my decision.
Overall best experience I've had at a dealership.
