I got my nails done with Kelly (today and they were the worst nails and service I’ve ever gotten. All I wanted was black almond nails (short) I paid almost 70 for them. She was rushing, kept pinching my fingers left acrylic on the sides and bottom of my nails. Came back to get them fixed and she was mad about having to fix them. Will never be coming back to this place! Over priced for bad service, bad attitude and the ugliest nails!

I have just started going back to the Nail Bar. In a month I have paid 3 times for dipped powder nails!!!!! I asked to get my money back or get tips because their dip chips immediately. They told me they do not give refunds and that if I wanted to get tips I would be charged full price since it is a different service. Also, that the dip is not staying because my nails are too thin and that is why they keep chipping! One: I did not have this problem at my previous salon in the Westside which is too far for me to go to. Second, one nail did chip but the rest are clearly lifting from the top layer of polish! In all, I will not go back. Find a better salon who is willing to keep customers and has better product.Service: Dip powder

I went to this nail salon over the weekend. I was greeted upon arrival and was seated for a pedicure quickly. It began as a great experience; however, once I moved from a pedicure to a manicure, I had changed my mind on what I wanted on my hands because the nail tech was not understanding want I wanted initially (maybe language barrier?). Or, maybe I didn't request the service in formal terms because I am not an expert. Hence, I made it more basic for her and less work for her, I presumed. I guess she let her female colleagues know about my decision-making and took it upon herself to speak in another language poking fun at whatever she had to poke fun about. She did this twice and her female colleagues laughed out in the open in front of me and other customers. I spoke up and inquired about the snickering and laughing and they made an excuse, of course. Let me remind you that 80% of communication is body language, and boy did I read their body language. Regardless, I did not appreciate the ridicule from "professional" techs. I will commend the two males who DID NOT participate in the ridicule. Both males were professional and kind, and did not laugh. We are paying customers. I do not have PhD in cosmetology, so I don't know "formal" terms of services, so if that is what they are making fun of, shame on them. Do you see customers belittling the employees because of a language barrier? No, we try to communicate as best as we can too! Other nail salons are comfortable with basic terminology of services as "overlay" or "change color". Treat your customers better! I hope the manager reads this and how there are other complaints about your customer service on this platform.

Used to like coming here. If you don’t get gel or any expensive they’re super rude to you. I was waiting for my polish to dry and they were basically kicking us out. Will not be going back. Save your money and go somewhere where they don’t treat you as burden.

I generally enjoy coming here for my pedicures but last night was a huge disappointment. My 13 yr old daughter went in to the salon first while I parked. When I go in there my daughter was already sitting in a chair. This is the first time my daughter would be getting her nails done. Instead of waiting for her parent or responsible party to pay the tech thought she heard my daughter say “full set”. She then proceeded to cut off all my daughters long and healthy nails. You would have thought I parked by Best Buy, she was by herself for five minutes. Once she starts with the new set. She then tells my daughter the price which probably should have happened before she began the services. So then another tech asks if I want my nails done and I said sure I’ll do a MANICURE. Again she hears “Full Set” and cuts off all my nails too. They are so short I can’t even scratch an itch. Sigh…..it was a rushed serve and they took advantage of my kiddo. My daughter does like her nails but my nails look like I have sausage fingers.Services: Acrylic nails

I got a pedicure three days ago and was accidentally cut and bleed a lot, getting cut wasn’t the issue but the nail tech kept going even after the bleeding kept going. She put polish on and put the nail polish back with the rest without sanitizing and kept using tools. I told her it was ok to not do the one toe but it was pretty much done. I think the salon needs to work on sanitizing especially when there’s bloodService: Pedicure

Dismal encounter with Mike. I wasn't able to see my regular technician due to time and came in without an appointment. The house was dead, so I was seen right away after fighting with the sign in scan code machine (apparently only 1 person knows how to use it). I had to repeatedly tell the technicians what I wanted because no one asked me what I wanted, they told me what I was there for. Seated with Mike, he told me that I would need a whole new set because my nails were separating from the acrylic, due to time I said no (I recognize if my fingers fall off its my fault). What got me upset was when other technicians came to look he would speak gruff Vietnamese with them and show them my separating nails. In front of me! After he shaved them down, the problem was solved, as I knew it would be. I asked for a V-shaped french-style manicure/whatever its called. Apparently, the v-shape is $20 more for using less paint. It took another technician to clarify I didn't want the v-shape anymore, and then Mike started slamming down his instruments in frustration.I have a decent french style acrylic fill in, but I'm never coming back here. Not if every request is met with a hissy fit.

I set an appointment because I wanted to get pampered for my birthday. There wasn’t much of a wait and the receptionist was pleasant. I was told to sign in on the kiosk and there was a message to enter my birthday because they offer a special gift. I inquired with the receptionist and she asked the manager and I was told there was no promotion, that was disappointing. Why have that info on the kiosk and not offer anything.Angel did my nails, she was very quick and straight to the point. I did enjoy the results of the service but I have a few complaints. When I was given the menu I told her my choice and she just took the menu with no response. She started on my pedicure and didn’t scrub very well on my heels. She may have scrubbed for a few seconds and that was it. Unfortunately the back of my heels are still white. I get a pedicure to have smooth feet, just because I didn’t get the more expensive package, doesn’t mean there should be little to no effort. She did redeem herself because she offered to do a design similar to a picture I showed her which was nice. When she started on my nails I noticed the tools were already out of the package so not sure if they were sterilized. She offered me a drink almost halfway through my service but at least she offered. I was happy she didn’t make me bleed while clipping my cuticles. Overall I was happy with my outcome. We spend so much money getting our nails done, they pretty much get paid $100 per person an hr. Plus tips! They should be more accommodating and pleasant. These days it’s starting to feel like a chore to get my nails done and less of a spa like experience.

I was just there. I felt super rushed and even had my shoes handed to me as they walked me over to pay literally seconds after getting my nails painted (pedi) and then when I looked shocked/upset I’m not sure which I was walked over to sit so I could my nails dry. The service was NOT worth the price. Mind you all of this while it was not busy at all. Very disappointed.Service: Pedicure

I give two stars for good cleaning of nailbed and dead skin. I do not usually complain or write negative posts. I find this business dishonest. Mom and I asked for CBD pedicures and were not told they were out of CBD. Instead we were given 24 minute pedicures and never told they did not have CBD. When I asked about CBD, the manager told me that they substituted and gave us a $60 pedicure instead. .I had been tp this place a month before and the $49 CBD pedicure took ablut 50 minutes. I will not return.Service: Pedicure

I was so happy with my experience here. I felt so welcome and the girls made me feel very comfortable. They were also friendly as soon as I walked in through the door. I have never had acrylic nails before and I’m extremely happy with the results I would recommend her to anyone and definitely go again myself. I also had a fantastic pedicure and was advised how to take care of my feet best in the future. Great treatment and fantastic stuff thank you very much

They have amazing services and do an amazing job at nails! I recommend this place! This spa is a lot more adequate at their services than the others in the area. They are amazing at shaping nails and have so many wonderful beautiful colors to choose from. Their prices are fair and normal compared to other salons in the area! The atmosphere of the spa is delightful and they are clean + safe during the pandemic. I wouldn't choose any other spa!

I went in on January 20th, 2023. My usual salon was closed for the day and i thought this place looked nice plus a lot of the reviews were great! When I arrived, I was greeted with an amazing assistant and I had explained to her what I wanted to be done. She then told the lady and she instantly got an attitude and told me to sit down. (All I asked was for a fill) The nail tech started to file my nails down as usual, but then starts sticking her nails under mine trying to find lifts…. Or so i’m assuming? She continues to do so, now lifting nails that weren’t even lifted. At this point half of my acrylic is gone. I let her know that I would be okay with soaking them off and just getting a new set since she kept breaking pieces off, with her own nail mind you. She then says that she will just give me a new set and proceeds to stick her own mail under my previous acrylic and starts ripping them off??? She gets to the last couple of fingers which were harder to come off and starts putting a nail tip underneath and tries to pry my old acrylic off. The tip of the nail tip keeps getting between my real nail and skin making me bleed. When she finally gets them off, most of my real nails have been pulled off with the acrylic… leaving me with weak and sore nail beds. Mind you I have been trying to grow my natural nails. She then drills over my weak nail beds making them even thinner! When she puts the tips on my nails, the glue starts burning my skin since the tops of my nails were literally ripped off. I got the shortest nails possible with 2 heart designs on my ring fingers and still payed 109 before tip. Literal worst.Service: Acrylic nails
