Went in with my fiancé for a pedicure and manicure. Started off great. When they told me the polish for my toenails would be $20 extra and I declined it, it went down hill. He rushed through the rest of my pedicure and didn't even try to start the manicure. We left without the manicure. It's a shame because the 2 previous times we went were great. The only reason I gave them 3 stars.

This place is nice, clean, and professional. The receptionists there are all very welcoming, and helpful. Karen does an amazing job on nails! She suggested for me to try builder base since my fingers are sensitive to the drill when getting acrylic nails. I'm so happy I did! It not only looks nice but it lasts longer than regular gel. Thank you Karen! I also decided to get a pedicure there for the first time, and I loved it! Elvis did a great job! He was very thorough with great attention to detail, and left my feet so soft! Thank you Elvis!

Highly unprofessional conduct from the manager. Read the Reviews carefully. After exercising my freedom of speech and writing an HONEST review about the poor treatment I received from the manager Kelly. In response, she banned me from returning to the salon and visiting the other nail technicians. She could have apologized. It is perplexing how someone in this position can effectively lead a business while mistreating people. This action seems retaliatory for simply telling the truth about my experience.

Got the CBD pedicure, which I’ve had before and enjoyed, but unfortunately the tech went a little too hard on callus removal on one heel and its raw. I pointed it out and she told me she was sorry, and that I had thick heels (true, i wear sandals almost every day). She did try to give that spot extra moisturizer and was more gentle on the other foot. Gel nails are well done, but also nicked the cuticle too deep on my big toe. Mistakes happen and they did their best to address it, but my heel still hurts :(

Wouldn’t recommend spending your money or time here. Today someone did my daughters pedicure and left almost every nail in the shape of a triangle. I was asking for a manager for over 20 mins and no one speaks English. Then they wanted to charge me full price for a Service I didn’t even receive. Absolutely ridiculous. Last time I go there!

I went here to relax but I'm more stressed out than when I arrived. Honestly my issue with most of these nail shops if you're going to charge Spa prices then provide spa quality service. I received mediocre service. This is not a service that you are seeking based off quotes; there should not be a negotiation or a factor to scale the quality of work or services. The customer should know what their paying for and the expectation should be set without the experience of the expectation being compromised. I recommend you find another place and if you do cone here just ask for the basics don't try to upgrade because the quality of work is low income with a high quality rent that the owners clearly need to pay.
Requested style: They wanted me to pay $164 for a pedicure with a design which the manager yelled across the salon super embarrassing

Why would you say you offer gel x if you don’t know how to properly install it? This is less than 24 hours after my appointment….im so upset. I also paid a ton more than I normally do in Alamogordo and figured it would be quality work. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it and get a whole new set…nearly $300 spent on nails because this place said they do Gel X.
The technician that did my nails seemed so inconvenienced I was there, she was rushing me the whole time and then I watched her do it to another girl while I was getting my toes done. I didn’t want my whole nail painted a color I wanted the tips but with how rude she was I just let it happen. I don’t mean to sound judgmental but this technician really may have been under the influence, she kept touching her face constantly and rushing everyone around her it was such an pleasant experience, chewing her gum rapidly and yelling at everyone around us barking orders. The pedicure going on behind us leaked and got water everywhere and she was screaming in Thai at everyone. I’ve never felt so anxious getting a service done. I also felt really bad for the girl who came after me, she seemed like she didn’t normally get nails and had trouble deciding and the nail tech was rolling her eyes and breathing deeply/sighing, I could tell the girl getting her nails done was as anxious as I was :( it was hard to watch. Over all this was a terrible experience and if you have a normal nail place please just stick to that, this place is is terrible service and will charge you double what you normally pay for.
Actually the girl that did my toes was amazing, she’s great. The technician with the tattooed eyeliner and Moschino shirt and black skater skirt ruined the experience and you couldn’t pay me to come back. You’ve been warneddd

Manager Kelly from the moment I sat down, she was very impatient and rushed through the entire process. She barely acknowledged me and seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly rather than doing it well.
Her rudeness was evident throughout the appointment. She snapped at me when I asked questions and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The final result had to be done by someone else bc she asked me to step aside.
