Stay stay stay away from this company! The arrangements they tell you over there phone are definitely not worth the price when they are delivered purchased a dozen red roses from them and what we got was absolute garbage especially for $130 I have purchased so many flowers from different stores throughout El Paso and this is the worst place absolute scam wish I would’ve checked the Google reviews before purchasing if you’re thinking of taking a chance with them do not. Go elsewhere like Angie’s flowers or Xochitl. Should have stayed with my usual florist but took the risk and completely regret it. If I could give zero stars I would

I am so disappointed with myself. I should have checked the reviews! But I was pressed for time and just Googled a nearby place. I needed something special for a funeral that I wouldn't make due to being out of town. I asked for something toned down as far as no red roses...they still sent red roses and such a poor presentation for the price (charged over $200). I would not trust this flower shop in hiring them for any special occasion. A message to the owner...remember these are special moments you can't take back, the flower arrangements represent your signature of work which in my case was definitely not a good one. If I could go lower in stars I would have provided one.

Don’t waste your money. Ghost company, went to their address and they aren’t located there. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a flower shop! I can’t believe they dare call themselves florist. I order 2 big arrangements for a funeral and paid $550 for this service and received a joke. When I call and sent pictures to the person on the phone she said she saw the arrangements and new was happy with what they sent out, which only goes to show they don’t have a clue what they are doing. I wish I could of taken more pictures. But being it was for a funeral I only took a few. You should be ashamed of yourselves for people in my situation trust you to take a beautiful arrangement to the last good bye of a loved one and you show up with your cheap work! Yet you have no trouble charging over $500 and ruining someone’s last good bye! Shame on you!

They charged 25dlls for delivery even though the destination was 2 minutes apart, they told me about the delivery cost after they already charged the card, and the arrangement I asked for was totally different, 92 dlls for 3 roses and 5 carnations.

I called over El Paso on a Saturday looking for a very specific plant arrangement with a rose bush and hydrangeas. Nobody else had what I was looking for but they did and they went above and beyond to make just what I wanted and get it delivered to my sister in law for her birthday. They saved the day and were excellent, very satisfied

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Very unprofessional. I ordered my mother some flowers for Mother’s Day this place ONLY told me the price was $50 it was a Mother’s Day special I was told and did not mention anything else about “other fees”. I was charged $75 for arrangement that was not at all worth that money. Arrangement looked like it had just been thrown together by a child. Not to mention this business location is a lie it’s not even where it says they are located.

Pictures speak louder than words. This is what I ordered vs what I received for over $100 worth of goods and services! I even paid the extra to ensure the flowers were full and beautiful. I was embarrassed to even have my name on the card for these flowers. In my opinion, flowers at the grocery stores are fuller and more well put together. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM FLOWER DIVAS EVER AGAIN. I did follow up via email with these two photos to the florist to express my disappointment and asked for this issue to be rectified and did not get a response via email. I also on 5/8/20 (the day they were delivered) called and expressed my disappointment. I was told by the staff they were going to look into it and give me a call back. I confirmed I sent them an email with the photos as well and double checked the email I sent them to was correct. I followed up on 5/9/20 since I had not received a call back and was greeted by an extremely rude staff who hung up on me a few times. I called again asked for her name (was not provided the name) and was told that they said they would call me back after they looked into, wouldn't have time because they're too busy, but now that I'm being persistent they weren't going to look into it or help me and I'm stuck with whatever I received. She said per their disclaimer that they can substitute whatever flowers. Here is their disclaimer - "When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike, and color substitutions of flowers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary." My thoughts on the disclaimer... 1. I agree some flowers may not be available but if the final product is going to be so far off, DON'T have that option available on your website. 2. If you're going to "substitute" then it needs to be ensured that whatever is being "substituted" is of EQUAL VALUE. 3. A disclaimer doesn't provide the company the rights to charge over $100 worth of goods and services and in turn provide something of LESSER VALUE. Again, in my personal opinion I WILL NOT BUY from this place again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Wish I could put no stars. Fraud flower shop. False advertisements, rude customer service, and poor management. I usually never got write bad reviews and always give second chances but this place would hang up in the middle of phone conversations, stated my order wasn't important because they were "busy" and delivered a completely different bouquet than ordered. So sad they scam people like this and take advantage of others.

Fraudulent Flower Company. Do not do business with this company. They were quick to charge me for flowers over the phone for my grandmother's funeral and the flowers never arrived. When asked about tracking the order they said they were too busy due to taking care of Mother's Day orders. Embarrassed for them and how they operate. Do not order from them.

They charged me $20 over the budget I gave them did not include one of the flower types I asked for and gave me this saying it was $70 worth of flowers. Would not recommend. I in fact called them the next day and the same lady I talked to the first time answered she admitted to not telling me there was an extra delivery charge and tax on top of my “budget” but hung up when I told her a refund for the extra $20 was in order. Keep in mind this shop is barely over a mile away from me.
