Came from Las Cruces to pick up an order for a customer which they couldn't find and turns out they gave it to another person who just said it was there's without checking ID or even a phone number. They had to call that person back to bring it after waiting over an hour

Ian was the employee who made the greatest effort to completely design and find the tile products. His design of the shower bath walls, his product knowledge was spot on. This bathroom will be stunning upon completion. He was effective and time efficient, after 6 months of no idea what to do, Ian was able to help us to finally choose material and purchase with in an hour. Please commend this young man.

The employees are not helpful, the displays that were out were discontinued and I was unable to get a quote on anything that interested me. Employees just ignore you and didn’t offer other options after we were told they were discontinued, the associate just walked away. We tried to ask the design lady for help and she said she has an appointment and walked away as well. Just all together the customer service was awful and I won’t recommend this store to anyone.

I came back to Floor and Decor to pick up a receipt to inventory and document the $22,000 of tile that we purchased for our new home because just by my eyeballing the tile, I could tell there was tile missing.
There were three boxes of tile missing, and it took my contractor meeting with the regional manager to straighten the whole fiasco out!
When I tried to speak to the operations manager, I got a huge runaround where she told me, “it’s the bottom line” in essence, she did not help me at all.
She sent me grainy footage showing the tile being picked up, but no skew scan documentation to prove each box of tile was accounted for.
On Saturday, my husband and I physically went to the construction site, and counted each box and verified that three boxes of tile were missing.
Thankfully, the 188 boxes of the 40x40 tile was all there. That was what really worried us because that alone was about 17k?
In the end, it took my contractor to reach out to the regional manager to get it all sorted out, and the missing tile replaced at no cost to us.
I still needed tile for the shower floor, but I refused to continue to shop at Floor and Decor ever again.
Instead, I purchased a gorgeous tile with a nearby competitor.
I think that they need to work with their floor staff to have better customer care.
It was entirely different from when I ordered my tile. Everyone was so nice and so extremely helpful. ?
