We love FlipFit! Coach Eric is so good with the little ninjas and my kids are developing excellent coordination and core strength that will help them with any sport or activity down the road. I cannot recommend this gym (and specifically the little ninja program) enough.

Our 3 year old was recommended physical therapy, in part due to delayed ability to jump steadily, last year. Due to scheduling conflicts, we could not proceed with physical therapy and we trialed FlipFit with Coach Eric. Within weeks we saw noticeable changes with our son's ability to climb the ladder independently, climb ramps independently, run up wedge mats, and jump from them landing on two feet. His physical stamina, upper and lower body strength, coordination, and balance have all tremendously improved. Coach Eric engaged our 3 year old in a way that enabled our son to retain proper technique despite pausing two months for summer vacation. Highly recommend trialing Flipfit and Coach Eric.

I'm sooo glad that I decided to give FlipFit a try! As someone who typically works with weight-lifting coaches, I can confidently say that I may not be going back to regular weight-lifting after experiencing the benefits of FlipFit. For years, I've struggled with persistent neck and shoulder pain, but in just a few sessions at Flip Fit, I found relief! Not only have I noticed a remarkable improvement in my strength and flexibility, but I'm also thrilled to share that I am no longer in pain, and my posture has significantly improved (it needed a lot of help!). These workouts are truly transformative and have so much to offer in terms of helping us stay mobile, flexible, and strong as we age.

I'm gonna be walking funny tomorrow...I love FlipFit.I love that the exercises are short and sweet (usually no longer than a minute or no more than 10 reps) and the sequences are tailored to my body.I love the fact that they're not your usual strengthening exercises, sometimes I don't even know how I can be so tired from barely moving...The best part is when you suddenly realize you can now pick up your niece without much lower back fuss or do a full push up without having practiced them much during training...FlipFit works, and you'll get functionally stronger without jumping and sweating and running around for an hour... Disclaimer: you'll still sweat ?

Can’t say enough good things about Coach Eric and his training program at FlipFit! I have never found a fitness program I could stick with as I have health issues and physical limitations that would almost always lead to injuries….until now! With Eric’s guidance, I am finally able to workout regularly without injury. I am relearning how to move my body the “correct” way and getting so much stronger in the process.I am so happy with the progress I’ve made in just under 3 months and I have seen HUGE improvements to both my physical and mental health. Definitely would recommend Coach Eric & FlipFit to anyone looking to start their fitness journey!

I’m 59 years old and had major back surgery in October of 2022. I went to Eric Klauss at Flip Fit to help me with me recovery. I am now 2 month into training and doing amazing! My recovery has been exceptional and I could not have achieved this level of success without Erick’s training. I am competing in horse riding competition again and feeling stronger than ever!!

Two of my sons go to the ninja class regularly and I couldn't be more happy. It's not just that they always have an incredible time. It's that they are clearly growing in skills and overcoming fears. Things that terrified them perviously are things they can now conquer with skill and confidence. Coach Eric does a great job in helping them progress with intentional, manageable steps. I'm so proud of how much I see my boys growing. Well worth the investment.

Eric is a great online trainer! He reviews our videos so he can check progress and correct positioning. He is prompt in posting new workouts. We never have to wait for them. It’s easy to reach him any time. This is an effective way to train and workout!

Our daughter has been going to the little ninjas class at FlipFit and she really enjoys it. She has become more confident physically and is learning so much thanks to coach Erik (he really has a gift for coaching). I have also been seeing coach Erik for one-on-one lessons over the past several weeks and am pleased with what I have been able to accomplish.

My daughter has been going to Ninja Warrior Kids classes since November. Her growth in physical skills, confidence, and self awareness has been amazing. I would recommend these classes to any kid who wants to learn some new skills, be brave, and have a lot of fun.

Best calisthenics gym in El Paso, has been super helpful with my mobility and increasing flexibility. I highly recommend reaching out to Eric if you’re looking to prolong your performance and reduce some of the pains that come with higher impact sports in my case running, mountain biking, and skateboarding.

Been going here for months, plan to sign up again for another half-year soon. So happy with progress! No nonsense, very well planned out, emphasis on health and function. I feel like at 50 I'm getting in better shape than in decades. Happy to answer questions
