What A horrible little bank, tried this bank with my business andit was a complete disaster. My brother passed away recently, thisbank is holding his money after i hand delivered a death certificate .What nasty people are associated with this bank. My brother has a total of less than $800.00 in his bank, I call his bank a no good for nothing bank.

Bryan is either a supervisor or I don't know what his position is in this bank, may have a negative opinion about Asians. It has been a while that I notice that when I'm waiting for my turn to be attended to, he looks at me, and he says something to whoever is near him, they both then look at me. He has done this with both a female co-employee or a male co-employee. Today, October 31st, he is wearing a yellow t-shirt with mickey mouse prints on it, and while I was waiting in line, he said something to another male co-employee and both of them looked at me and they were both were smirking. How unprofessional is that? How judgemental is that?! I know what an admiring look is and what a look of a person who has a negative opinion of another person is. I feel that because of less than a thousand I deposit in this bank, he thinks that I'm a pathetic Asian lady. I told my husband about this Bryan, and he told me to ask Bryan next time when he will look at me the same way and his companion looks at me too. This has happened quite a while now. I wish I can what my husband told me to do, the problem is, I don't understand Spanish, and when he does this, I don't have my husband beside me. He doesn't know what's going on in my life right now, and he doesn't have the right to judge me in any way, either based on my race or my financial standing. Life is getting shorter and people like Bryan make me feel that there's a better bank to do my business with. I hope the manager will be able to look into this or even the main branch of this bank. I bank here because it's convenient, but with a person like Bryan, I feel this bak will go down with him. I used to do my business at Borderland and I never felt this way.

I use this bank for direct deposit and I have overdraft protection which I use on a consistent basis. It is a service which cost me $136 each month . Now when I get a check for a lottery win because I over draft my account regularly they are putting a hold on that check. I currently have no money, no credit cards and my next paycheck doesn't come until the 28th which means for the next 4 days I can do nothing and buy nothing . This bank has all the compassion of a rock. Don't use this bank
